We arrive to early in Bangkok so we went to the hotel and ask them if we can check in already. The hotel was fully booked and the stuff told us she will check if we can check in earlier. I have stayed at many of the UHG properties in Bangkok and one thing they do well is the breakfast buffet. This was no exception. There is a variety of foods and the staff are always friendly and attentive. Beautiful view of Bangkok, good food and friendly people to talk to….What a great start to the day! I will be back soon.

Room and views are awesome Breakfast was good great staff as I booked one night then 2 more but did not noticed the other 2 nights were a lower value room but staff there said was ok and can stay in same great room ..big shout out to Kih and Art at front desk for the help and upgrade stayed here 2 times and won't be my last see you soon

Stayed here for several weeks, End of Nov'22 and Feb'23. The high ratings here on TA are fully justified in my view. Very good breakfast (though the "western" section is relatively small), very friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, outstanding gym. In-house Starbucks, 7/11 and Sushi-OO a big plus. As stated by others, this is not a very touristy area, but it's close enough to BTS Ari Sukhumvit line (6 minute walk), and there's very good food options at Villa Market right next to BTS Ari. Note though that the way to BTS can be very crowded at lunch time, as it's lined with street food carts and office people queueing. Shopping tip: Central Ladprao is huge and a good alternative to the Siam malls, and just 3 stops from BTS (north bound). Small con: elevators can be a bottleneck at times - just be patient :) Overall I think "The Quarter Ari" offers excellent value for money. …

I was a bit wary of this place, thought it would be too far out from the center, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It was a short walk to the ARI sky train station, and the neighborhood has plenty of options for dinning, drinking or getting a nice massage or do a bit of shopping. The hotel is above offices so pretty much a great view from any room. The 7-11 on the ground floor was very handy as these rooms are not filled with an overpriced mini bar, just an empty frig with some complementary water. Rooms are clean and modern, and the pool has views to die for! The buffet breakfast was good too. I commend this property for providing value and not “nickel & dime’ ing” your guests!

We were fortunate to choose The Quarter Ari - the room was spacious and comfortable and the rooftop bar and pool were unexpected luxuries. We also loved the location - Ari is a great neighborhood with lots of good food and coffee shop choices, and the hotel is right near the BTS Ari station, making it very convenient. We also appreciated the help the front desk staff gave us, accomodating our last-minute decision to stay extra nights, find cabs for us, call restaurants - it made us very comfortable (thanks Suki!). We will definitely target this hotel when we get back to Bangkok.

Pros. Close to local bus and train lines. 7/11, Starbucks and other eating places near by. Nice staff. Room has refrigerator and microwave. Cons. I was on the 27th floor and the hallway looked dated. The room had a small stain on the sheet and floor. Wall by the desk had missing paint spots. No iron and iron board. Walls very thin, you can hear neighbors conversations and few US or international TV channels. I booked on agoda and save money on the room. My room was on the 27th floor and room was standard. If you pay over $80 USD, then you are paying to much. I called room service at 2pm and no one picked up. Called 4 more time before someone picked up. The food was good. I went to their restaurant on the 23rd floor and it was strange how hot it was, it was like the hotel did not turn on the air conditioner. This also was the same at the bar at the top of the hotel. It was just to hot inside to enjoy a drink. The hotel is fine if you are just going to sleep and head out to the city, but if you plan to spend sometime in the room, then I would stay at another hotel.…

We stayed 3 nights on 25th floor, wonderful spacious corner room with dual views from room and bathroom. High specification, quiet, and comfortable king size bed. Wonderful stay, and breakfast, great service. Loved the pool. Location excellent for downtown and central areas, BTS 3 min walk. The trendy cafes and restaurants of Ari on the doorstep. Will def stay again here. I left my wallet by accident in the room safe, the hotel staff immediately found it, and posted it to my next destination in Chang Mei. No charge. They saved me from a very difficult situation, so I am very thankful for them going above and beyond normal service. Thanks so much.
