1. The only acceptable thing about the hotel is how spacious the room was. 2. Front desk staff was very inept and unprofessional. Our original booking was at Heritage Hotel, but they couldn't accommodate us for early check-in because they were fully booked. Front desk moved us to their sister hotel, H2 Hotel, with a free upgrade to the premiere...

If you don't mind a kind of an old hotel but with a good location then this might be your kindda hotel. Well, to me, the room is huge but most of the furniture and toilet ware need some refurbishment. the plus point about this hotel is that, your're just 20 metres away from Chong Non Si BTS.

Keep away from this terrible hotel. The fittings are falling off, the doors are questionable in term of safety and the place is notorious for motorbike bag snatching . Not convenient and staff can never be seen when you need them the most. Don't be fooled by it's location and her sister branches. This hotel is hopeless. I prepaid for...

Booked two nights and extended a further two. Warm welcome from reception lady who came out to greet me and took my bag from taxi. Check in was swift. Room really big with kitchenette and tv with couch. Old but well kept. Breakfast is off the property at an affiliated venue. Not at all far. Fair food and quite a...

At first glance, the hotel seems nice enough for the money that you are paying. But after a couple of hours, you'll notice that the hotel could do with some renovation. The air-conditioner is real noisy and leaks water every now and then, and the furniture (especially the couch) was all worn-out and a little dirty. Also, the hotel is...

We liked being here so much (for a week). Excellent hotel, tasty breakfasts, nice district with everything needed. We had good free WiFi signal in the room on the 8-th floor. Fresh water with every cleaning. If I come Bangkok again, I'll stay here again.

This was my second time staying at the Heritage Sathorn. The Heritage is located on a small street next to the Saint Louis Hospital. It is not the easiest to find and most taxi drivers have problems getting down the small street, especially when traffic is bad---the street is commonly referred to as soi-Saint Louis. It is not far from...

This was my third stay at this hotel. It has many things going for it.... The roof top swimming pool, excellent evening meals in the restaurant, has the Sky Train on the doorstop and most of the staff are welcoming. Unfortunately I experienced some minuses this time. The hotel is undergoing a refurb so some disruption is likely. There is...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
