We booked this hotel because close to Airport....but 1. The room smells musty. 2. The water flows slowly. 3. A lot of mosquitoes. 4. AC is noisy. Water from the sink was dirty. After checked in 2 hours, need to early checked out Really can't sleep.
Dump by American standards , but a very helpful staff when I had chaos at the airport. Bed was EXTREMELY firm if you don't like that... on site parking.. ac did the job.. haven't tested wifi yet... 2 free waters, TV, fridge pretty standard stuff
Everything bad in that hotel.Dirty room.The water closet was out of service and we had to leave the room to another one in the night.Water pressure very low and it is very difficult to take a shower.Everything worse you can imagine about an hotel you will find in that awful hotel ( dirty sheet, very old furniitures, no room service...if you ha e some reclamation to do, you have to go to the reception desk,WC out of service, dirty bed, dirty bathroon).A nightmare!
We had to spent one night for the PCR Test at this hotel, room was not clean and we had to wait 1,5hrs for a disgusting food ...... The free breakfast wasn't even for the kids and during the night we heard some strange noise from cockroaches, one i killed next to our bed !!
I paid a one day Test & Go package at this hotel, but Thai government changed the rule about entering Thailand so I can't travel to Thailand at all. Even though it's not my fault but Thai government, this scammer hotel doesn't want to refund me. I let the hotel know 10 days before my planed arrival, so they provided no service at all, but they don't refund me and no reply from them at all. I lost ~130USD Never ever!
The hotel reception was good but went downhill from there. We booked a test & go package. The communication was so bad, we didn't get our hotel confirmation letter until 12 hours later. As we needed to apply for a Thai pass this information was essentials. The room was very dusty and outdated. The shower floor was uncleaned. The bed was rock solid not a very pleasant stay. However, the testing was quite organised but didn't get the result in 6 hours as promised, so if you get tested at the 5pm slot, the results will be 4.30 am the next day. This information was not on the website anywhere, we had to call to find this out. We didn't receive the ATK kit either as apparently they ran out. Will be looking elsewhere in the future.
Spent one night in this hotel due to Covid-19 for having a PCR - Test. Hotel do provide shuttle from airport. Disappointing experience. Old and smelly room. Unfriendly staff. Ok for one night but not for a long stay.
Nothing to be pleased with. The room was ok for a night, but staff has very poor communication skills in English, to say more exactly zero. If not a girl who we were lucky to encounter at the front desk, we couldn’t get what we needed. Another thing is breakfast. They asked for the time and type of meal we wanted to get, but we didn’t get what we ordered and in fact got our meal an hour later after we reminded them. We waited for our test results 9 hours in stead of 6 as was promised.
We spent one night in Bangkok due to Covid-19 for having a PCR - Test. The shuttle brings us to the hotel and we were kindly invite to stay in our room till the nurses of the hospital take our test. The room was nice but not very clean. Good for one night but not for a long stay. The staff was friendly.
I'm a world traveler and seen all kinds of conditions. This hotel superseded all hotel on its level by far- in a negative way. Your first encounter is with a lady who not only does not speak English, but also has a terrible attitude and not a clue what she's doing. Three rooms and still no luck making the hot room's AC working. On All three rooms the door's lock would not work. I had to drag and lift my heavy luggage on stairs-6 levels. To add to this, 2 hours into this ordeal, the bathroom had no papers, filthy room, and the shower would privide a few drops at a time. Shower was not working properly. I Paid 4,400 Bhat for one night where you can get much higher grade hotel for 400 Bhat. The pictures showcasing the place where extremely false. It gets worse- I had to stay up until 3 in the morning to get a covid test. I had to go back to the airport by noon. This was a true nightmare and TripAdvisor should check and be on top of the hotels they recommend. I believe I should be compensated and get my 4,400 Bhat back. This is a very bad reflection on TripAdvisor. I have 289 million followers and if I see nothing has been done to take if this matter, I'll make sure all my social media contacts be aware of the story and alert people not to use TripAdvisor. Very disappointed to say the least.…
