A brilliant 10 /10 hotel with incredibly welcoming and attentive staff. We stayed 12 nights in the one bedroom residential apartment. The entire hotel is top class. I visited Bangkok 7 times and this Marriotts is by far the best Marriotts!!

We stayed a couple of days at a club room. The service provided by all the staff was simply amazing. The Club lounge team, all front office members (special thanks to Mr. Phromchai/M, who took very much care of us), all the fine young gentlemen at the pool and the always smiley and so helpful concierge team. The food at the restaurants is super tasty and a huge selection at the breakfast buffet. The only two things we would like to mention, there is a lot of pork dishes offered at the cocktail buffet at the club lounge.. Would be nice to have always a choice of different kind of meat. As well as the dress code, the club lounge is very well decorated and the staff is great and offers high end hospitality. It was a bit sad to see guest in sport attire, sandals or muscle shirt having their evening cocktail. Thanks to all the staff for their efforts.…

We stayed our last day at this hotel and we would definitely like to recommend this place as a must-visit place. Especially the concierge team helped us a lot with the nearby attractions and also with the transportation. His name was ‘Aon’ the captain from the concierge, he helped our last minutes so memorable and when we had to arrive at the airport ASAP, he made it easier for us to catch a taxi and gave us little treat ( tastes like a thai milktea candy; i loved it) Also ‘Kyou’ (sorry if i’m wrong) helped us a lot to choose the nearby attractions, we give our special thanks to them! Pool was amazing, I even loved the interior! The staffs from the club lounge were extremely lovely too.

Every penny is worth it for this hotel. Absolutely amazing hotel which delivers true hospitality. The M club lounge team took care of us CONSISTENTLY during our entire stay. All the staff are all well trained professionals who fight for guest satisfaction. Special thanks to Kun Kwang for managing and maintaining such an amazing team. The food quality at the M club lounge is very good and diverse. Enjoyed several times dinner at the Praya Kitchen buffet as well and thanks for Khun Oil and the rest of the team for taking care of us.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to FO team and K pratrick that send a warm welcome via email before arrival. I had an up garage to suite room type which is quiet big with pecfect Anniversary decoration thank you lovely cake from in room dining team and lovely chocolate from Krongkarn. Special thank you k Nick that taking good care when we are up to pool side. Feeling happy talk and meet you . M club area overlooking in navy blue.The food is very nice good quality of food and good staff (k kwang /k Mary /k Faii/k alisa and lounge team) thank you for given us a good time ever. Rooftop YAO cocktail just to perfect with the view . Staff up there is also nice friendly. We sit and sip for a hour. Also I would love to say thank you to k joong as well.
