I was so excited to be visiting Thailand for the first time and we were stopping over in Bangkok for three nights before travelling on to the coast. The hotel was extremely basic, staff only interested if they were going to make something out of you and the overall impression was just grubby. All these other negative reviews are pretty...

This is our second visit to Bangkok and sadly this hotel is a massive let down. Had to know where to start but all the negative reviews on here are true. To add to all the bad... Kettle in room but no cups, coffee, tea etc. No safe in room. Windows dirty beyond belief - see photo The staff are...

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and were incredibly underwhelmed. The staff that does speak English is quite rude. Beware of staff trying to sell you tours as there is a scam going on here which was tried on us. The pool was closed the entire time we were there and was an odd green colour and...

My wife and I finished our three leg tour of Thailand in Bangkok and decided to stay at the Cha-Da. The hotel is nicely located with easy access to MRT underground, bus routes and cute little restaurants. Loads of ATM's and 7/11 stored around the hotel made it quite easy to access cash and stock up on daily essentials. The...

2 night stay in Bangkok on our recent trip to Thailand, what a start to our holiday, the hotel was lovely, comfortable and extremely clean, they did a very good selection for breakfast, to get into bangkok centre we had to use the underground, which is just a little walk from the hotel, it was easy enough, the transport is...

We arrived here after 11.5 hour flight from London. We got a taxi from the airport and cost 450bt. Upon arriving we were greeted by the porter which when he got us on our own in the lift, immediately tried selling us the tours etc but after reading the reviews on here we new it was a con. He came...

Good stay with very friendly service. Great roof top pool. Awesome buffet lunch which was really inexpensive (drinks was not included). Really far from the main places we wanted to visit e.g temples, mbk mall, platinum mall but the underground station is not far at all to walk. Great night market just up the road. Wifi in the room :)...

We stayed a Cha Da for 11 nights while getting treatment at BIDC, which is within easy walking distance (as long as you can manage the stairs up to the road overpass). Also nearby is 'The Street' shopping mall, which has a supermarket and several restaurants. Our 'deluxe' room on the 8th floor was quite large, with a renovated bathroom,...
