1st room we were given when turning the air con on, it started to leak from the ceiling and flood the floor. Went to reception and they did move us promptly to another room....More
I stayed for 3 nights with friends at the hotel.
There was a language barrier which I surprised because there were large groups of tourists and one would expect that English be one of the languages they communicate in.
The staff was unfriendly

We have arranged airport transfer beforehand, however, a taxi shouldn't be too expensive either. Just make sure you ask the driver to turn the meter on - and if they refuse don't be ashamed to just get out and find another... More
