The best thing was its location. A few steps to BTS station and walking distance to MBK and department stores in Siam zone. It was a good place for those who want to shop from these department stores. The room was small but had everything you need for short stay. Would be better if they could clean the AC and had more lights in the room.

The staff is very friendly and wonderful in addressing the needs for hotel guest. I reached the hotel around 10am. Upon doing the check-in, I was informed that the room will be ready in 20 mins, definitely to my surprise. Maybe I was lucky as there are rooms available readily, I thought. As for the room, it was clean and there is a 42" inch TV. Most hotel which I stayed, even the 4 star only have a 32" inch TV. Though it has a lot of channels to watch, however, there are limited choices for English spoken guest. The worst part, there are no channel cater for kids after I tirelessly go through every channels. As for the breakfast, it was very delicious and yummy, with though the spread is limited. Definitely will come again for my next Bangkok trip. Hopefully, there will be Kids channel available.

Me and my friends stayed in this hotel when we went to bangkok. I love the location, the hotel is near to MRT station. The room is spacious enough, simple and the AC is cold too. Breakfast is delicious too and the receptionist is kind and helpful.

This hotel is surprisingly cosy and its like SUPER NEAR to the BTS (National Stadium). You come out from the front of the hotel walk 8 steps and you are there. Rooms are clean and nice though not very big but you get a KING bed. HOWEVER, if you are a light sleeper, PLEASE ask the hotel to arrange a room nearest to the elevator as it gets really noisy if you are facing the main road. You will hear the Tuk Tuks speeding away all through the night which makes it hard to sleep. Buffet breakfast is pretty yummy and service is not bad. However, elevators are slow and you may have to end up taking the stairs.

Rooms are of moderate size and clean. Tv spoilt & reported at about 9:50pm. Fixed at about 11:30pm. Friendly staff. Nice standard breakfast. But have to go up stairs at main entrance. To take lift, must go round to back and enter basement & security guard must tap us to get in or out. Troublesome. No direct link from National Stadium BTS to the skywalk that links to siam discovery. No lift or escalator down from the BTS (only escalator up) from hotel side. So if traveling with young kids & elderly, be mindful of a lot of stairs.

We had a triple room and we stayed for 4 nights. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. We did not get tired of it although a few dishes were repeated every day. The hotel is small but cozy. The staff were friendly. The best part of the hotel is the location.?The escalator to the National Stadium BTS is just outside of the hotel. Walking to MBK, Siam square and Siam paragon is so easy using the bridge. There is a massage shop just next to the hotel. It is so convenient that one night we had our massage at 11 pm and straight after the massage, after 12, we just walked next door to the hotel and go to bed. The hotel is value for money. Oh, one thing i didn’t like about this hotel is that they provide leather slippers jnstead of disposable ones. Not sure if they clean the slippers after each tenant. Overall, I still like this hotel. Will choose to stay here again.

My family (3 of us) enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Aside from its proximity to the BTS National Stadium station, MBK and Siam malls, this hotel provided us a cozy and homey feel. The staff were very helpful and it's nice that it has Filipino members to assist as well. What pleasantly surprised me was having fish maw soup and massalan chicken curry as part of the breakfast buffet, aside from the delightful Thai chicken congee, soya milk and a good selection of fruits, salad and desserts. If ever I visit BKK again in the future, I will book here.

This is indeed a must stay when in Bangkok. The place is accessible to the train and some malls like MBK, Siam Discovery, Central World, etc... The staff are very helpful, accomodating and friendly. Lastly, the food in their breakfast buffet are all delicious and at reasonable price of THB300.

A good location and room is good too. The only thing is the toilet quite small for big size like us. The breakfast, not too many choices but is enough for us. The staffs are welcoming. For the price, I’ll not hesitate to stay again.

We booked this hotel for the last leg of our trip. The location is good though we had a stroller and the getting up and down the stairs became tiresome. Also, if you’re looking to have a glass of wine after a hard days shop or with your meal... Forget it! They only sell by the bottle; so you will get stung! What hotel does that? They also, do not sell any spirits. Also, our breakfast voucher started from 6am. At 5.55 I asked for a coffee and was refused. We had a 6am taxi booked for the airport and I’m someone that needs a coffee to get going... I asked twice and was coldly refused! The attitude was awful and next time we will stay in the Mercure or Novotel. The hotel is nice.
