Park Hyatt Bangkok has always been my favourite hotel in Bangkok. This says a lot as there are excellent hotels in the city. This recent experience after a prolonged break was still great, but fell short of perfection. My expectations were sky high due to past experiences and the price point. The hardware remained excellent and well maintained. An oasis in the busy city. Most parts of the service remained excellent. The only slight imperfection were minor hiccups during check in and check out. There were very minor issues with the terms of the privilege program which I used to book the room. There were attempts to mitigate it but ultimately left an unpleasant aftertaste.

Park Hyatt Bangkok with consistent service and hardware enjoyment as expected. Few glitches happened when checkedin but were all fixed in a soon time. Comfort bed with very good sound proof room, helps a great deal for a light sleeper like me.

Park Hyatt service, hotel condition (like brand new eventhough they renewed 5 years ago) and location is perfect. You can conveniently access Central Embassy and Central shopping malls. Rooms are super clean and high storey rooms have a wonderful view. Each and every personnel treated us like royalty.

I was staying Park Hyatt Bangkok in early March, when Thai government just opened the boarder for international travelers. The room was very clean! The bed and pillows were really comfortable and helpful for my sleep. The bathroom was amazing! I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it included self pick up and order menu. I have to say every dish from the menu was worth to try, though I only tried half of them. They changed the menu every day, so I did not feel boring on the same restaurant in the morning. The gym was well equipped. And I was the only person in it when using the equipment. I have not tried the pool, but will come to swim next time. The team was excellent! Especially the gentleman from concierge named Mr. Big, and the front desk manager Ms. Jib. They helped me a lot on PCR test and other information, to make my trip very smooth.…

We had an amazing stay at the Park Hyatt! Everything was very modern and exceptionally clean. Hospitality was top notch especially Matthew at the pool. I would highly recommend this hotel and the beautiful rooftop bar for a refreshing cocktail with great views.

This hotel has to be the best we have ever stayed at. It was our honeymoon and we could not fault this place. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was stunning. Very modern, very clean and tidy. I have never had such an amazing experience. We cannot recommend this hotel enough, it made out honeymoon that much better!!
