Hotel situated in a busy street and not too many places to go to. There's a cafe across the street, and adjacent to it is a food court. The hotel itself is nice and the price is quite reasonable, but if you're looking for attractions or night life, this is not the place to be.

Have a solo trip just to buy birthday gift for my brother, choosing this hotel was not such a waste, it is nice place to stay, with cheap and reasonable price, nice room and service, and good breakfast, and the important thing is itbis near to BTS station.

A nice place to stay. Around an 1 hr from the airport by taxi in traffic! Breakfast was lovely. Nice helpful staff. Rooms were lovely with a good shower. Our bag Dodd not arrive but staff called the airport lost luggage daily for us to see what was happening. Staff arranged a driver for us to take us out sight... More

I took my teenage daughters shopping in BKK in June 2016. Stayed here with the special we got with flights. The room itself was sufficient enough for us. But there wwe were put in a room RIGHT next to the service stairs. With maids coming amd going through that door lugging thier stuff was frustrating. There were alo at echos... More

It has a large lobby & reception, with rather nice fittings to greet the eye. There is even a free counter for coffee and tea for visitors. I was impressed. Unfortunately, it stopped there. I opted for its cheaper rooms, and immediately regretted it. The bed springs was bad, and it should be condemned long time ago. I slept in... More

My wife's blood pressure shot up to 187 because Hopeland's Aircon is set by default at 33 degrees , hotter than streets of Bangkok . Unfortunately, 5 hours later it remained at 33 degrees . Room change follows but we had to wait two hours at the foyer to allow aircon temperature to come down to 26 degrees .The critical... More

Located at a main road of Bangkok with so many restaurants, shops nearby with a special street food place just across the street - excellent pad thai. Clean, spacious rooms, comfy bed with yummy free breakfast until 10 am.

Close proximity to BTS & free tuk-tuk shuttle are fantastic, staff at the front desk are very helpful especially George. As I was staying with my wife & daughter we booked two rooms & asked when booking that they be close together on the same floor. So when we arrived we found we had two rooms, both on the same... Access to my room was through the indoor fire escape. The room was clean but very basic, the curtains were very old and discoloured and the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The airconditioning never dropped below 25 degrees so it was very hot and stuffy in the room. The shower was over the bath with the shower hose set... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
