Very small musty room with old, broken amenities (desk, TV). Noisy hallways and paper thin walls made sleep difficult. Cockroaches in the bathroom made the visit unpleasant. Location is convenient, however, the rest of the stay was miserable. This is not a hotel that would be suitable for families.

Rooms though spacious enough feel smaller due to low ceiling. Modern furnishing and nice cozy clean rooms are great. One can hear a little bit traffic noise from the adjacent street. The staff is very nice and helpfull. Wifi was always very fast. Free sandwiches and drinks for breakfast. 5 minutes walk from The Canadian embassy.

The Inn Saladaeng is a nice hotel with a good location, near metro station. It's just about 5 minutes to walk to shops and restaurants... Free breakfast, coffee and tea. Good wifi. Friendly staff. It's value for money in general but they don't accept the credit card!!!

BED BUGS! First night whilst sleeping we had to change rooms at 3am as one of the beds had at least 20 bed bugs. We changed rooms immediately and whilst the staff at reception was really professional Management wasn't. During checkout after 3 nights we requested to have one night free. Reception agreed instead to give us 2 taxis free...

I recommend The Inn Saladaeng for its value, location, and friendly staff. It's within a five-minute walk of the busy shops, restaurants, and bars on Silom Road, so its modest prices make it a good value. The friendly, English-speaking staff goes above and beyond to help its guests; they helped me to retrieve a package by locating the distant post...

Inn saladaeng has a great location near the BTS sky train and metro. It is on a quieter street only a few minutes away. Room was nice, AC worked, booking was correct, 24 hour front desk, some snacks out all day for guests. WiFi was lightening speed. Only bad thing was that booking.com days the hotel accepts credit and when...

Very clean place and cozy. Stayed here with 3 friends and it is very easy to go to Silom complex (5) mins and train station (10) min. The receptionist is really friendly and can speak English quite well. Asked her where to go and she recommended to go to a lot of good places

It is very close to both the BTS and MRT and coming by train from the airport (even with luggages) was very easy. If coming from the BTS take exit 5 onto Saladaeng Road and from MRT, take exit 2. I think it would be easier taking the MRT from the airport since there is only 1 transfer -- no...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
