Nice place to stay. The staff is friendly. The location is fantastic. Only 5mins walk distance from Bts and bus station in front of the hotel. There are many restaurants, supermarkets (foodland, 7-eleven). Overall, I would say good price and good place.

Friendly staff, great location, fantastic food around you, and ultra-convenient. Very quiet too. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of the staff, who were always on hand and made sure everyone was well taken care of. Will definitely return when I'm back in Thailand.

The hotel rooms are super clean and the hotel is in a great and safe location. Every single staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a great experience in Bangkok including our hotel stay. Just a small note since i noticed that the hotel is full of families, the rooms are a bit small. Other than that all is perfect.

Grand 5 is no where near a luxury hotel. Probably a three star at best. The walls are so thin, you can hear the cleaning lady next door if you sleep in, ppl talking, laughing children... Rooms are fairly clean and bed is comfortable but the mold and mildew in the corners of the toilet and water logged flooring with panels coming out leaves much to be desired. Breakfast was so bad that we didn't bother going for it after our second morning. We paid extra to go eat at the food court in the basement the next few days.

I booked this room for me and my family in order to attend to some business in the Nana area, Vic and Jennie made sure our stay was excellent. The rooms are very clean and well kept with large smart tv’s and great wifi. 3 elevators make getting up and down from your room very easy. The location is unbeatable if you will be in the Nana area and it’s so close to the BTS that you can get to anywhere you need with ease. Definitely recommend and will stay again, Thanks Grand 5! And special thanks to Vic for all the help!

I booked Grand 5 Hotel for 6 nights in March 2022. The shower was cold, WiFi inconsistent and TV intermittent. Breakfast took for ever to be served and was cold. After the 3rd night I checked out because someone entered the room at 05.00 with a key card. The manager apologised and took my email and phone number, but never heard from him again.

One of the greats in Bangkok to stay in the city, a little home away from home in Bangkok. The place was very clean with wonderful staff and delicious food options.
