This is basically a decent business hotel. Everything is functional and acceptable as you would expect at a meridien. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet both had a decent variety, even for vegetarians. The service was courteous. The rooms are of decent size and comfortable. I had a massage one evening and it was excellent- reasonably priced and very well...

I really enjoyed the stay at Le Meridien Bangkok. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The location near Patpong might not be ideal for everyone, and if a large pool area is what you are looking for, this might not be your choice. Excellent hotel in any case.

My wife and I have stayed here a few times as we have been in, and out, of Bangkok and we enjoy it every time. The BTS and MRT are only a block away, which makes getting around easy. The environment is very professional with some nice art to look at. The beds are REALLY comfortable, with big soft mattress'...

We spent 5 days in the hotel over the Christmas period and were not disappointed in the slightest. This is a very solid value 5 star with everything you would expect and didn't let us down in the slightest. The location was great for us with transport links being close, the room quality was good and the facilities very good....

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights while in Bangkok (plenty of time for us). The hotel was 5 star in every aspect to consider, according to us of course. The rooms were massive, staff was cordial & the entire building was literally spotless. One of the best parts was the breakfast buffet which didn't come with our...

Stayed for 4 nights at the Le Meridien BKK. Loved it. Great room with a great view, attentive staff, ideal location (close to BTS Sala Daeng Station). I enjoy staying at Le Meridiens in general but this one is really outstanding. Would stay there again!

The hotel is at a great location - near enough to transport and night life. Staff were great and small touches like a complimentary coffee are good Le Meridian touches. Rooms were clean , comfortable and had some good views of Bangkok. Cant fault the hotel in any way - praise to everyone and for everything! Only point I must...

Excellent 5* either for business or leisure to stay in Bangkok, in a comfortable way. After the experience of the buoyant city it is really a nice place to relax. Rooms are quiet, service / room service efficient.

Visited Bangkok for the first time on a family vacation and couldn't be happier with Le Meridien! Excellent service, very clean, comfortable beds in a great location, easy to walk to BTS to get around. Only thing is that when you enter three people (one teen, age given) in the reservation system for a triple room, the online reservation system...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
