Great boutique hotel to stay in right next to the highly efficient BTS (local public transport). This is a great spot rooms are clean and well looked after with a great Japanese zen feel, out of the hustle of the city making it easier to sleep and retreat somewhere without all the noise. There is also a great rooftop garden where you can see great city views. The hotel food was amazing! I don't usually like to eat hotel food because its usually very plain but the team at Zenniq have done a great job at creating a delicious menu, they may need to work on their vegetarian menu though. There's a great local market that runs everyday just a 15 minute walk from the hotel where you can find a lot of delicious food and fruits, the famous mango sticky rice is here as well! Staff were very friendly and helpful as well no complaints to be made.

Zenniq is right off the BTS. It is a small boutique hotel with clean and spacious rooms. We felt very comfortable there. Be sure to take the instruction sheet at the front desk for your taxi drivers--that was very helpful! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms facing the street were a little noisy, but, it didn't bother us. The heavy drapes cut the noise down a bit and kept the room dark and cool for sleeping. Amenities smelled great! Breakfast was included and you could select from a variety of options. I had the salmon Benedict one morning and it was delicious! It did have shaved bonito flakes on top, so, if the smell of that is too fishy for you, just ask them to not include it. They don't have room service because most just buy take out from nearby cafes and bring them up to the room. We took a delightful walk near the local train station and experienced the local lifestyle with people preparing foods, grilling and selling hot food, resting in their homes and people going about their daily life! Can't find that in a museum! The hotel is about a 10 minute (approximately $7.50) taxi ride from Asiatique, a shoppers' paradise for comfy Thai pants, fragrances, clothing, bags, jewelry, food (including insects and alligator meat to grilled foods, noodles and fruits). I would definitely stay at Zenniq again!

Firstly the cabbie had absolutely no idea where to go from Don Mueang airport, so after pulling up maps he got us somewhere near. Check was great, the motel looks very new and clean, albeit a bit noisy in the foyer with a tourist group and us trying to book in. The rooms look fantastic. Clean and large, well equipped wih the bare essentials. BUT, the noise from the tri level expressway only meters from the room is huge. Windows at only single glaze I think, because the noise from the traffic was deafening from the start all night long. Only a short cab ride from Kanchanaburi train station. Here’s a big tip - save or print a map of where you want to go. Bangkok is a massive city and its a bit much to expect every cabbie to know where everything is. We did this when leaving zenniq for the train station, and it worked well, after the buss oh gave the taxi driver the wrong details. I would not stay here again due to the noise, but if that doesn’t bother you, it is a great place to stay.

We (about 60) were booked at the ZENNIQ HOTEL for a convention by our Thai host for 3 nights. Upon check-in, the reception was uncooperative with simple request like a second room key/card is met. They also insisted on deposits despite give them a reputable international credit card charged in full for 3 days in advance. The reception curd response to these requests were met with “It's the hotel policy not to give or you must pay your deposit". A couple of the front desk staff spoke reasonable English so there was no misunderstanding. Breakfast was bad & the reception insisted that the guests must select an item on the menu upon checking in. The breakfast next morning were forgotten & we had to remind the service staff 4 times in 20 minutes. By then we had no alternative but to approach the manager,we suspect was the owner. The toilet wasn't clean at 7p.m. in the evening when we got back to the room. Ask the House Keeping staff to clean & saw her used the same cloth to wipe the toilet bowl & clean the toilet floor when she came to ckean the toilet. This was done despite the guest presence! Couldn't imagine what would be used when there's no one around.

Zenniq has alot to love. When I first saw it on agoda I fell in love with the decor, the design and the space. The real deal lives up to the photos, the location is in a different part of Bangkok which I enjoyed. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and come with a balcony - no smoking allowed anywhere. The highlight is definitely the 9th floor rooftop garden - the view is amazing and you can a good chunk of the Bangkok skyline from this vantage point. I enjoyed my time up there. The garden has mint and lemongrass growing as well. They can do more with this space, possibly have a drink/meal service or BBQ at the rooftop. A pool would make this hotel fantastic.

This is a relatively new hotel and is not in the heart of Bangkok but it well connected by the BTS so traveling is not a problem at all. Our stay at Zenniq hotel was wonderful. We booked a deluxe room and this was a really large room complete with the bed room, living room and a kitchenette. These kind of facilities are only available in a suite room in most other hotels so in that way Zenniq is quite unique. The bedding was so comfortable and made for a good night's sleep after so much of walking in Bangkok. All required amenities are provided. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Free bottles of water can also be obtained from the lobby at any time. There are no restrictions. Breakfast was quite nice too and well presented. However, if planning to stay for a very long period, this may get boring as the choice is limited. There are vegetarian options as well. Zenniq is a great place to stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Offers total value for money.

Even with clear instructions no local cab driver seemed to able to find Zenniq. Only “15mins” from the airport but took us 2hrs. I understand there are road works in place but even so, the location is so vague it was hard to find. We walked 5kms in 35 degree heat, in the middle of a local neighbourhood to be greeted with “sit down, where’s your passport?” Not even a glass of water was offered when I was clearly very flustered and upset. Most staff were friendly, but poor at expressing instructions. For example, we didn’t know a taxi would be so hard to hail from Wat Arun (6.7km from Zenniq) after an hour of no luck I rang the hotel for advice... they gave me a “oh sorry about that”. In short - fine place to stay if you have arranged your own transport. Biggest downside is the location - definitely not a tourist area, which is something I was looking for as a first time Thailand trip.

Suite clean and spacious with AC in both rooms. Bed comfortable and big, clean sheets and towels. Surroundings safe to walk even at night time. Staff friendly and helpful with a good level of English. BTS station around 600m from the hotel. Only 2 BTS station from Taksin boat station. Breakfast rigid, 5 fix menus only, one European style, the rest of them Asian style. Rooms facing the main road are quite noisy, we switched to the back of the hotel although the view is not so pleasant.
