Once only. A far cry in terms of quality compared to Japan hotspring. Location is very near xinbeitou. Keep right from train exit n keep right towards park. Famous hotspring ramen place opposite the hotel. Staff is unfriendly n wonder why she bothers to be a counter staff! At night limited food options.. usually McDonald's, yoshinoya, mos burger.

Convenient location with nice spring water tub. Carpet is old and dirty. Wear and tear in bathroom. Breakfast ok but tables are arranged in a very strange configuration. Reception staff will not help you wirh luggages.

Visited to use the private Hot spring. Will advise not to. No ambience as I will shudder to open that window there. Place is dirty and a lot of dirt found in the cracks. Nothing like the onsen experience I had in a small little onsen in Kyoto.

Good Location, near to most amenities in Xin Beitou. Room is clean, but must get the garden view. Breakfast is reasonably well stock with both local and western breakfast. Good selection of TV program.

The japanese style was very spacious and my 2 YO son loved it. He had enough space to run around and was very happy about it. The hotel's common hotspring was very enjoyable, equipped with sauna and steam bath. The facilities were up-to-date. The in-room hotspring was spacious enough for my wife, son and myself to sit in and play....

Hotel is conveniently located within waking distance to New Bei Tou MRT station. Many shops and eatery around the hotel. Cost is on a high side (SGD$165+) per night for 2 persons. reasonable size hot spring tub in the hotel room.

Went for a 90 min cold and hot spring. I find that the cold tube is much smaller and unable to fit 2 person at a time. The room is very spacious overall,is just that the cold tube abit small compare to another hotel that I went.

We booked two nights here upon our arrival in Taiwan. The hotel had got our booking wrong and had reserved a tatami room, meaning we would have to sleep on the floor. This was not suitable for my elderly mother, or young children. After a lot of discussion they said we could have a room with a bed for one...

Decent hot spring hotel. Easy to find location on a main street very close to the MRT (only 2 min walk). We probably liked the location the best about this hotel because it was close to transport, thermal valley, night market, grocery store, restaurants, sites, etc. Staff was nice. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Loved the bedroom area. Large...
