This hotel was excellent. 5 min to Zhong Shan MRT station which is a very central point to a lot of places. All the hotel staff at the concierge and reception were extremely helpful. There were steam, sauna, hot spring which were free of charge. One free drink (either alcoholic or non-acloholic) was available at the restaurant on the ground...

We arrived at the hotel very early and was not able to check in yet. That staff offered to safekeep our bags and gave us maps of the area. They even suggested and showed us how to go around Taipei 101 and several museums. It was raining then and they gave us umbrella. Upon check in, the room was very...

Only here for a short 2 nights stay and is impressed with the quality of the service which is almost impeccable. Was given a nice room within minutes and the room is magnificently done with modern settings with a touch of comfort. The smart usage of sliding doors gave privacy and add space to the room visually. The separation of...

Stayed here for a work meeting. Hotel is very modern with great facilities and excellent service. Rooms are well appointed with very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Enjoyed both the buffet lunch and breakfast which are recommended. Was good value for money.

Stayed with the family over the weekend past. Hotel service was very good overall. My four year old loved the hotel pool and room. The baby crib was one of the better experiences we have had. Japanese hotels get things right in many ways including service and facilities. Excellent toilets and if you have been to Japan, you will appreciate...

Fit for Japanese standards, I loved it. Cleanliattitude, great service attitude and an excellent design. Was in suite 1802, the sliding doors give you the opportunity to adjust the space to your needs and mood. The view from the room was open and clear. The location is very good too. In summary, for a price less expensive that traditional 5*...

Choose to stay in Okura Taipei because I tried Okura prestige Bangkok before and I love it. So I booked 1 night to try and I got very nice experience staying at Okura Taipei. Location is so nice, nearby other big hotel, shopping mall, restaurants and cute stores. There are some nice Izakaya and taverns close to the hotel. Room...

Walking into the Okura Prestige in Taipei, I could not get over the level of service, cleanliness, and overall incredible ambiance the hotel provides. The rooms themselves are large with upgraded technology making the curtains easy to use. Again, just an incredibly luxurious hotel for the price. Great location and close to a metro stop as well. Highly recommended.

Room is great, I love the walls, they can move, literally you can open or close it and make it into a room. Service is great, clean and comfortable. We had a great time as family with kids, will be back and will recommend.
