This was my second stay at the Riviera. This time I brought my family and we stayed for two weeks during a business trip. We stayed in the junior suite which was wonderful for children. The suite included a large refrigerator, microwave oven and a small table. Very helpful when traveling with small children. However the highlight of our stay...

We spent 6 nights at the Riviera. We chose this hotel from the rave reviews on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. We were picked up at the airport by the hotel Benz. Leslie was right there at the arrivals area and escorted us directly to the car. The room was a bit small but roomy enough with a comfortable bed,...

This was the second time that I have stayed at the Riviera Hotel and again it was really good. I arrived late at the airport due to Hong Kong airport having shut due to bad weather but the car was waiting for me! The room was nice and clean and a very comfortable bed!! Everything was great - the rooms, the buffet breakfast included with Expedia reservation, and the staff. Free ready access to internet via lobby computers. A longish walk to MRT(subway).

I have been at the Riviera several times now, for around five days each, always on business on my own. The room is really big, with an office-foyer where you can confortably work. It has a nice bathroom, although not too big, with great smelling soap, bath foam, shampoo. The bed is comfortable. The location is not too central, but...

RIVIERA REVIEW My husband and I stayed at the Riviera Hotel in May - firstly for 5 nights, and later in our trip for 4 nights. We picked it solely from reviews we had read of it on the internet, and it exceeded our expectations. Cannot speak too highly of the Hotel, and their service was exceptional. It is mainly...

I booked this hotel for a last minute trip to Taipei with my mother. We were looking for something reasonably priced, clean, safe location, near an MRT stop and with good service. We got exactly what we wanted. The hotel offers a wonderful car service to and from the airport for an additional fee. We paid NT1680 each way, which...

Hotel is clean, staff friendly, but interiour style is really old fashioned and the rooms show wear and tear. The walls are also VERY thin, you can follow every conversation in the room next door. I was unfortunated to have a neighbor who had conference calls all night long with his US counterparts. If you need a silent room, ask...

We booked this Hotel after having read the reviews of previous guests on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived at TPE, to be met by the Hotel rep. and driver, to the time we left Taipei 12 days later we received excellent service in all areas. From Bellmen to Front Desk, from Housekeeping to Restaurant staff...

“I believe we stayed in an executive double. The large entry room felt too big/empty for the desk in the corner, and the pair of high-backed chairs were sort of awkward. We never used it, but it was nice to have additional space. ALSO, housekeeping will want to check on you daily regardless of whether you have a do not disturb sign posted. We went to bed early one evening and they called to see if we needed anything (we said no thanks), then the room attendant rang the doorbell 15 minutes later to give us a newspaper or something. Weird.”
