Before becoming a Gold SPG, Sheraton offered a reasonable size of room. Once you have become a Gold SPG, they have no effort in upgrading you a bigger room like Hyatt did. Instead, they offer you a even smaller room. No Tea Tables. in addition, bathroom was terrible. Housekeeping forgot to clean the toilet and look disgusting. This time, the...

First, the room. Very comfortable king size bed. Large, well appointed bathroom. One comfortable lounge chair. Bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities, hair dryer etc. All in good clean condition. The service: Very helpful and obliging - though we had no cause to make unusual requests. Restaurants: We tried the "pizza pub" on a Saturday night and although the service...

Stayed one night here, the quality of the rooms and service is what you'd expect of the Sheraton chain. The hotel had lots of guests, mix of business and leisure visitors. The lobby was very active without being crowded. Breakfast was of a very good quality.Unfortunately all the restaurants close by 10:30pm, but I arrived a minute later and they...

We've stayed here before a number of times. And the government was kind enough to put us here when hosting a week long visit in January. Nice room and good breakfast (although crowded). A lot of restaurants in hotel. Asked for late check-out and it was not a problem. Good location. No complaints--which is rare nowadays in hotels.

The Sheraton is conveniently located at the Shandao temple MTR exit, which is great if you plan to use the MTR to commute or explore the city. At the MTR station, if you don't fancy walking up the stairs to the Sheraton exit 2, take exit 1 which has escalators and then just cross the street. Breakfast selection was excellent,...

I stayed at the sheraton and meridian back to back, and was able to compare better. Sheraton is warm, the rooms didnt feel dated (but I was in a suite, and it had probably been updated recently).
