Pro: great location; clean, well equipped/maintained facility; fantastic staff Con: not much Booked here by a friend. The hotel was told that there will be a child and they upgraded the room with a crib without asking. The upgrade Executive room is big and the bathroom is about twice of the size of a similar hotel. This hotel is right in the middle of everything in Taipei. The staff are nice and friendly, and the room is clean and nice enough. It's a pretty good deal for the price and location! Despite the central location, the room isn't too loud from outside hustle and bustle. I have recommended this hotel to friends and will do so... More

Was in Taipei for a short trip with friends and have seen some less favourable comments about the rooms' conditions of this hotel, which fortunately did not occur at my room or my friends' rooms. Amenities and furniture in my room were neatly maintained and there is nothing that I would complain about. I am particularly surprised that the amount... More

The hotel is aged already. You can already see and smell how old this hotel is. The rooms are also very old. You can see the walls chipping and the ceiling cracking. You can also see metal pieces rusty around the room. The smell is not good. The water sink had problems. The drainage is poorly maintained. Toilet is not... More

Location of this hotel is superb with various hipster boutiques and branded outlets surrounding that area. You can basically get what you want by foot. MRT station is just across the road. This hotel is the best in terms of location. The hotel is a great place to stay. We have no complain at all with their service or room... More

In the very center of the town. Breakfast is very rich and offers a great variety. However, the maintenance is far from perfect. and to answer a previous review - no, it is not a 5 star level hotel. Is more like a 4 star but not a bad choice.

Polite staff. Convenient location - 1min walk to the subway exit and 5-10mins cab ride from Taipei 101. Room is abit old. Old European bathtub is not very practical with water spillage on the marble floor after taking a shower. Pillows are very very thin. Walls are very thin as well, I can hear my neighbors clearly.

On entering the lobby of this hotel, there's a strong stench of mould and mildew. You won't miss it. We were on business, so we didnt have many options. But if we did, my first option is to run! The first night I couldnt sleep well with the strong stench. The next night I finally realize that I should open... More
