The room is small and very cosy. However the sheets were not very clean. Toiletries were provided, housekeeping everyday. The toilet have no privacy with no lock. The door have to wait for a few seconds to close. The hairdryer is weak and the 🚽 flush is not strong. So have to be careful with each flush and not use...

My friend and I needed a place to stay and stumbled across Queens hotel. Overall, it was an average experience. The hotel is basic, nothing special but not anything to complain about, except the stairs layout is a little weird. Really close to the metro station, but not a whole lot to do nearby.

When you arrived, the hotel is at a corner . Opposite is a fruit store that opens till very late in the nite. It looks normal outside, the moment you step in to the main door, it looks new. The bed and room are clean and comfortable, however the staff did not do a proper job in terms of clearing...

Queens Hotel is nearby Taipei Main Station, perfect for those who arrive tired and just want to crash without having booked and/or not keen on looking around too much. They ask you a pretty standard price for Taipei, for a room that is quite new, at least looks like it. I've found it pretty clean and comfortable. Not totally quiet,...

I have trouble expressing how awful this place is. The staff is rude and dishonest. They cancelled my reservation because I was 10 minutes late to checkin, although I called ahead to inform them I'd be late. I waited for an hour while someone else "used" my room. This place is essentially a brothel.

They gave my family the worst experience we have ever had in Taipei. The boss and staffs in this hotel are extremely dishonest. We forgot to bring with ourselves the booking slip specifying the outstanding amount we should pay when we arrived at the hotel, and immediately the hotel owner marked the price up!!! When we came back to Hong...
