Stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms are small with no wardrobe, telephone and tv. There are free snacks, tea and coffee available throughout the day, but no laundromat machine. The minus point is you have to wash your own cups, plates and utensils after use. . Security is quite good as there is a guard counter at the building's...

So, yes, this "hostel" is on the 22nd floor of a shopping mall. While the hostel's official directions ask you to look for the "Asia Plaza" between the Caesar Park Hotel and the Shin Kong Building, the big sign out front says "WutuAkiba Mall", so just take exit M6 from Taipei Main Station and keep your eyes peeled. Check in,...

Holo Family Hostel provokes the axiom "you get what you pay for." Please don't book Holo if you are expecting 5 star accommodation. Holo's main attraction is its location, directly opposite Taipei Main Station. The hostel is on the 22nd floor. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The dorm I stayed in was small with many beds. No...

Very good location, easy to find, friendly and hepful staff, nice rooms, clean bathrooms, cosy kitchen. Good location to catch public transport. We booked online in advance and it was good option as they offer a room for 3 people what we exactly needed.

I booked 2 nites from 14-16 Dec 2015 and return journey on 21 Dec 2015. The room was very old and dirty. Was only given a small face towel and bedsheets. Though it was very convenient, just opposite the Taipei Main station where you can travel around taiwan with all modes of transport found here but not a comfortable place...

Located right smack in the middle of the city with Taipei Main Station (connects to the nationwide Taiwan Railways) and the Metro just steps away. Rooms are decent, small but clean and the shared toilets are surprisingly clean for a hostel. Great area to chill and chat on the 22/F where breakfast is served and the lounge is, although the...

Friendly staff, speaks enough English to make things easy. Dorm and single rooms are basic, but clean. Aircon is noisy, dripping water on the bed. Reception and rooms are on different floors between 15 and 22, so you should not have fear of lifts. Breakfast is simple, and mostly chinese. Hot and cold water for drinking. WiFi is working fine...

Great for arriving late at night from Taoyuan airport as reception is 24 hours. The shuttle bus 1819 drops you just around the corner at the main train station. Stayed in a private room which is a tatami room that fits three people. It is the only room in the whole hostel with Windows that give you a great view...
