the outdoors in this hotel are really nice but just as its sister hotel in kathmandu, the rooms, especially bathrooms need overhaul. 1) remove bath tubs and put shower cubicles - except 5 star hotels I have never seen a clean bath tub - dont try to copy if you cant properly 2) put a jet muzzle near toilet pots...

I'd like to stay in this hotel. Wide room, clean and nice view to the garden. After taking a boat to Phewa Lake, or climbing to Sarangkot to watching Fish tail of Himalaya Mountain Range in sunrise, I feel so comfortable in this hotel. Food is so good for a foreigner like me! Sauna is so good to warm me...

I stayed with my family at Shangri-La Village for 2 nights, Firstly the approach of the resort is not very impressive, we reached around 9 PM and the moment we entered the small lanes heading towards the resort we were under the doubt for our choice of resort. But the moment you enter the gates of this resort you see...

Set in a thematic background with a contemporary touch, the rooms are spacious and cozy with subtle lighting. The staff are very hospitable and ensure you have a pleasant stay at Pokhara. However, the continuous Rains do create power fluctuations and telephone connectivity issues thereby posing challenges for ringing the room service or restaurant. Pros: Spacious and cozy rooms Good...

Just spent 4 days at this resort. Yes it is in need of some updating but overall it's really lovely. The pool though cold was refreshing after hiking all day. The location was perfect. Away from the noise and dust but just a short 15 minute ride with the hotel van to lakeside. Breakfast was an awesome full buffet. We...

Shangri- La Village Pokhara is extremely beautiful. It is an oasis of away from the tourist streets of Lakeside, the diesel construction trucks, and speedy aggressive motor bikes. It is like you are miles away when you wake up to the birds singing and the copious amounts of tropical blooms. The swimming pool is the perfect temperature. We got a...

Awful, dated rooms. Bathroom very out dated and a constant disgusting smell. Seen better in lower star hotels. Breakfast- dirty cutlery and crockery being swapped between tables. ANTS in the jam on the table - again being swapped from table to table. Staff at management level putting fruit back on to the serving dish that had fallen on to the...

The service from the moment we were picked up by the hotel was excellent! The staff made sure any issues we had were addressed to the utmost, especially the restaurant staff who looked after us so well and made sure we were comfortable with our meals, which were really yummy (although their dessert really needs to be improved!). The hotel...

Totally loved this place in the dreamy town of Pokhara. Everything is just perfect about this place - the rooms are spacious and accessible, the grounds very well maintained, and the service is exceptional and attentive to client's needs. We stayed here for 2 nights and even had a packed breakfast at 6 am for our journey to chitwan.
