We stayed here as part of Everest Base Camp trek tour. Before the trip our room was small with two single beds. We were staying there after our trek and requested a different room. They were more than agreeable. We were given a larger room, King size bed, nice shower, etc. for the same price. The staff is very friendly and...

Stayed in Fuji pre and post Everest base camp trek, first room was ok, a bit small with only a fan. Second room was fantastic, very clean with huge bathroom and had aircon. Staff were always helpful and pleasant. Close by to the garden of dreams and the main streets of Thamel. Would recommend to travellers on a budget.

I recently stayed in the Fuji Hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It is situated in Thamel, the tourist area, but really quiet and in the middle of everything. The rooms are equipped with shower and nice. If I ever will come back to Kathmandu, I will stay there!!!

Staff are very nice and have a great sense of humor! The Fuji has a lift (HUGE bonus) and free wifi as well as free luggage storage. I stayed at the Fuji via G Adventures for two nights (one night before trip to EBC and one night after). For our first night we were given below average rooms but upon...

We also booked additional nights with Fuji Hotel before and after our tour. During our stay, we have been very pleased with the services of Fuji Hotel...

I stayed here after finishing a tour through Tibet. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff were super friendly and very helpful. You can get wifi in your room and the hotel has a restaurant. I had breakfast there and it was very good. It's located on the outskirts of the crazy Thamel market area, but is only minutes...

Stayed for 2 nights as we extended our stay in Kathmandu and our original guest house was full. The room was large, very clean and pretty quiet at night too, though a bit dated. I found the bed OK but my husband found them a bit hard. Showers were hot, wifi was typical for Nepal - there but a bit...

We have been to Kathmandu 4 or 5 times now and when we are there we always stay at the Fuji because it is very clean, comfortable, always has power and hot water and is in a great location, situated down a quiet alley in the Thamal District so you are not kept up all night by partiers, cars honking...

Stayed here for our last night on tour. Fully appreciated the good bathroom and nice beds before we go back to hosteling. Not really here long enough to say much else, but the staff were friendly and helpful and they have a book exchange corner!! Wifi worked reasonably throughout.
