Despite the opulent atmosphere of the lobby and dinning room, it felt like home each time we came back to the hotel after a day of exploring in what can be a noisy, dirty city. The staff quickly learned the names of our group members and were attentive the moment they saw us. It was comforting to frequently see the...

The location of the hotel is probably the biggest weakness. However, you get really good premises: nice and comfortable rooms, nice and climating furniture. The lobby and restaurants ate amazing. Also a lot of Tibetan stuff creates a good feeling and let you remember the owner comes from Tibet.
