I stayed here as part of a package, 3 days at the beginning and 2 at the end of a tour in Nepal. I was in rooms 514 and 510. Room 514 had the curtain falling off, every time I drew the curtain a hook fell off, by the end of the stay it was on 5 hooks. The hotel...

I was staying here as a stepping stone for a trip to Bhutan. For that purpose the hotel was fine. Although its location within Kathmandu is unclear to me, it was, for me about half an hour from the airport (my other companions took an hour the following night). The hotel is within a secure compound and there is a...

Everything more or less ok. Big room, nice view to the garden. A kind of an oasis in the middle of a noisy and dirty city. Unfortunately some standards are missing: WLAN not free, no minibar, water only first Night, no water cooler. In Relation to the Price, a Bit disappointing.

A well situated hotel in the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful and they really did try to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Dinner was really excellent, on all three evenings we stayed....its also worth noting they have a really good western/European choice, and not just the usual curry! Desserts were lovely too. Our only slight criticisms...

If you want to stay in a modern faceless Euro box, this characterful hotel is not for you. If, on the other hand you are a connoisseur of the country house style with a hint of Art Deco, all mixed in with a marvellous Nepalese twist, this could be the place for you. We spent 10 days at the Malla...

The malla advertises 5 stars, but it's in need of a full refurbishment, the rooms where quite shabby, but the worst let down was the breakfast, the hot food was on the most part stone cold and inedible, the toast was precooked cold and has hard as a brick...it's such a shame because it's a great location, the staff were...

We were booked to stay here for 2 nights at the start of our Nepal night and then again at the end. Having read the earlier reviews, I was a bit concerned about what we might find. However the hotel and the rooms were nice. Staff were friendly. We had breakfast which was good. I agree that the hotel could...
