Aashish and Milan made sure our trip was hassel-free and comfortable. We felt welcomed and the breakfast was the highlight. When in Kathmandu it is advised from my side to book accommodation in Hyatt Place. Breakfast is sumptuous and have different options each day.

Excellent and friendly Staff, Nice Hotel, Stayed for 3 nights and didn't experience any issues with the hotel. Check-in was so quick. Room was nice and clean. experienced the 'WOW' factor from the staff. breakfast was good. Food were good but little bit cold at bronze. Environment and servicing were good. Staffs were great at service especially by Sushmita and Ajay. Really loved how they were so good at explaining the stuffs regarding food and available services.
