Wonderful hotel with great service! All the staff are so friendly and the stay was comfortable. I checked in very late at night and they still had staff to serve welcome drinks. The breakfast selection had many varieties fit for both local and tourist. When checking out the front desk offered me a drop to the airport as i was checking out early and they heard me of taking taxi so the staff was so kind to offer the service. Overall had a great experience!!

Magnificent! Basera is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Food is delicious. Apart from a very good breakfast, one cn taste western or Nepalese cuisine. When it comes to Khatmandu travelers have plentiful hotel options to chose from. Boutique/Heritage hotels in Khatmandu are quite common but Basera Boutique Hotel is a great blend of both luxury and Nepal’s rich cultural heritage. Basera Boutique Hotel is located at a great location, all major tourist attractions of Kathmandu are within 10-25 minutes from the hotel. Highly recommended for travelers who are looking to experience Nepal’s rich cultural heritage, you will instantly recognize this the moment you step in this hotel. Hotel Staff is extremely attentive to the guest needs, during my stay we enjoyed all of our little/big interactions with the hotel staff. This hotel was suggested my friend. First when I got i hotel i was courious how it would be. It was a classic haritage hotel. The welcoming of the staff was excellent. The food were great. Roof toof rausturant was marvelous with view of kathmandu valley and mountain. I like to thank all the rooftoof staff they were really friendly and went up to the mark. The hotel should be promoted for its great service and theme.

Stayed for 4 nights. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Let me pay for a friends room after they checked out. The rooms are lovely and it was worth paying for the upgraded view. We stayed over Christmas and it was a lovely atmosphere.

Slightly pricey but they make up for it with its excellent staff. Every single person working at hotel ensured that me and my family had an amazing and a luxurious stay - great staff overall. The room was clean and well maintained. Lots of great amenities at the stay aswell. I especially want to thank Sudip Tiwari from the front desk for going above and beyond for making sure that me and my family had a great stay. Will be returning here if I visit Katmandu in the future. Basera Boutique has set the bar really high for other hotel experiences for me to come in the future.

This was my 3rd Visit to Nepal, Can safely say - Basera Boutique Hotel has been my best stay. What set it apart from the other stays I've had around the world is the hospitality and the extremely helpful nature of their staff. Right from the time i made the booking - they connected to me via whatsapp and were open to answer all my queries. They even helped me find a stay at chitwan - Book my bus tickets - Got me a great deal! Also, Not to forget - The property has a 24*7 bar/restaurant - Which is a great help as in odd hours the food/drinks options are far & few. I would like to make a special mention to Mr Sudip Tiwari, Who was extremely helpful during our stay - Often going out of his way to assist us. Thank you Team Basera for a memorable stay!

We spent 4 nights at Basera Hotel and from the moment we stepped into the hotel we knew we had made the right choice. The staff are all incredibly helpful, sincere and go out of their way to provide whatever help you need. The rooms are big and very comfortable. I think the best hotel shower I have experienced in a very long time, it's the little things! The bed was so comfortable we had the best sleep, even better than at home. I picked the hotel because of the great reviews about the food and restaurant and it exceeded our expectations. The variety and quality of food was outstanding. And then there's the spa.... amazing therapists and treatment, we went every second day. The hotel has a sense of peace and relaxation about it. Is in a great location, situated near all the Government buildings so very safe and is 10-15 mins taxi to the busy Thamel area. I highly recommend Basera Botique Hotel for so many reasons.
