The hotel is a great hotel, clean, quiet, comfortable. The staff though made my experience though. Check in, doorman, valet, host were attentive, accommodating, smiling and genuinely warm. My best experience was t The Cape Restaurant, Promad Thapa the Maître d', he knew my favorite order, drink, seat. I felt like a king. Food was on point and accommodated special requests. The Best.
Manager Mr. Umesh ji and his team took very good care of us during our stay in The Everest Hotel. They also advised and guided us very well regarding stays in other places like Pokhara. Regarding our specific diet this was also not a problem at all. The Chefs did their utmost best, and succeeded, to provide us with the best food according to our diet. More than anything they gave us the feeling of being a respected family member. Thanks again for everything!
Nice hotel with courteous & helpful staff. Close to the airport. Neat and clean rooms & bed linens. Issue faced with some ac noise in the room was addressed immediately by senior staff by changing rooms.
Our stay at The Everest Hotel was most enjoyable. We stayed for four days to meet with friends and to experience Kathmandu. From greeting at the door, to check in, to room cleaning and laundry service, it was kind and professional. Rooms and beds were so clean and comfy, every meal was great with impeccable, professional service. Our dining experience in The Cafe Restaraunt each day was so nice and personalized by Pramod Thapa, the food and beverage executive. He and his staff provided excellent food and service. Even down to how we like our coffee each morning . Very nice experience. This hotel made our first trip to Nepal memorable. We will certainly be back! Riley and Debra Shelton USA
I stayed for 5 nights at The Everest Hotel. The rooms are very specious and clean. The service is excellent and employees are very polite. Front office team Ms Sumitra, Pratima, Shristi including bell desk and housekeeping team are always at your service. i will be definelty back to this hotel.Thank you entire team for making me feel like my home.
I came to Nepal Kathmandu for a short-term yoga study abroad. I stayed at this hotel by myself for almost a month. Front office executive SUMITRA WAGLE, The cafe staff, doormen, housekeepers, people who water the flowers, All the staff greeted me with a smile every day, He was very kind, caring, and treated me like a family member or friend. So I was able to spend my time with a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Facilities include a pool, gym and bar. And the decoration of the hotel is like a museum✨ The breakfast buffet has a large number of items and is very delicious. There are a hospital and a bank in front of the hotel, and the location requirements are also good. Various events were held every day. It's a little different from Japanese hotels, but it's a very nice ✨👏 hotel. I feel very lonely after returning to Japan and not being able to meet his staff. Also, when he comes to Kathmandu, Nepal, he would like to use this hotel. Thank you for all the happy and fun memories 🍀✨…
The Everest Hotel, just remember this name for the best 5 Star Luxury Hotel in Kathmandu Nepal. Stepping through the lobby, I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy, and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-into the cleaning staff was very professional, delightful, and eager to help! The Café restaurant is superb, serving culinary delights and ample dining options (p.s. – please wake up every morning for their breakfast spread). If you’re a business traveler or living in Kathmandu, The Bugles Bar is worth visiting, an epitome of old school and formal. I’ve enjoyed many a cocktail with friends, where you enjoy panoramic and breathtaking views of KTM city at night. Rooms are exceptional and have a great ambiance, with terrific service and cleanliness. And oh yes! - Location Location Location – the hotel is at the center of the city and only a few kilometers away from the airport. Easy access in and out of the city to visit Kathmandu’s heritage sites and other attractions from the Hotel is convenient. This is a beautiful hotel and one of the largest properties in Kathmandu, including a host of facilities and ballrooms for conferencing and private meetings. The best stay ever and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for guests considering visiting Kathmandu. Please stay at the Everest Hotel – a real example of Excellent Hospitality. Will be back to this place soon..!!!…
Let's just say from the airport pickup till dropping us back everything was perfectly done by the hotel. As you walk into your room you can see that it's well maintained and cleaned with a personalized welcome note from the general manager himself which makes you feel very special. Room service and housekeeping is quick in fulfilling your requirements. Their rooftop bar is just the perfect place to celebrate the mejestic view of Kathmandu with beautiful cocktails it offers. Restaurant is fabulous, one must try their Tibetan hotpot. Thank you team Everest hotel for making our stay so memorable, will visit soon!
