It was my first trip to Nepal/Kathmandu....and for sure not the last visit. The hotel in Thamel has a good location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also booked a trip with the travel manager Pramod for visiting Nagarkot, Bhaktapur and Crematoria...all was perfectly organised and a great experience seeing the sunrise in Nagarkot...absolutely a must. Good value hotel just a little north of central Thamel. Normally that means a bit quieter (not for us as there was a festival on when we were there!) and better value for money. Lovely and helpful staff and great breakfasts. Only thing I'd say is shop around - there are other good value hotels nearby too if you are...

My friend and I spent one week at the hotel Buddha before a service trip working in a small village outside of Kathmandu. It's located in the middle of the shopping and restaurant district, has a wonderful and caring staff and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I had previously stayed at one of the expensive business hotels in town...

The food was so so and the breakfast menu was EXTREMELY limited. Just a fried egg, some toast, Juice, teA, and potato. My wife is Thai and asked...

Mr. Pramod, the managing director helped with our bookings in pokhra with reasonable price. We are now in pokhra but we have planned to stay at hotel...

Rooms were nice, clean, and very comfortable. Location was perfect as well, in the centre of Themal, where you could walk to everything, yet still have a quiet,...

This hotel was included as part of our package holiday in Nepal and I'm so pleased they use this hotel! It is right in the middle of Thamel so surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. The Staff are all really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really nice. We could chose between English or local breakfast and it included...
