We recently visited North east through Nature wings. This was not the first time we had booked our holiday through them. This was our 5th holiday with them. But this time we found that they were more concerned about Customer satisfaction and for that they had kept a separate coordinate for us named Ms. Sabrita ( from Bhutan). She used to call us every evening and ask us whether everything was fine. She made us very comfortable and made our holiday more special by giving timely suggestions about the places to visit and the time to visit. We were highly impressed with her and this initiative of nature wings. The vehicle which they had arranged was amazing and the driver was well versed with the route. The hotels which were booked were mesmerising especially the one at Shillong ( Ri Kunjai ) and at Cherrapunji ( Jiva Resort). Overall this was our best experience with Nature wings so far and will highly recommend everyone to book atleast one holiday with them and make a memorable trip. Regards Suman Singh…
I had an excellent stay at the Terma Linca resort & Spa . The property is beautiful and excellent hospitality . A special mention to Mr Tirwa. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us.Would recommend everyone to stay there !
The Terma Linca Resort & Spa was an experience of picturesque tranquility by the Wangchuk river in Thimpu. Enjoyed the privacy and superior hospitality by the staff. Loved every moment here. Will return for sure!!
Terma Linka is a nice hotel . Great place to stay and relax. An amazing view from the rooms are very special. Friendly stuff with good service and helpful .We had a wonderful experience and will be back one day
Terma Linca Resort & Spa gave us an unforgettable experience!! A wonderful property by the river side and surrounded by spectacular views of the mountains, Terma Linca gave us both the comfort of a stylish and cozy hotel as well as unhindered views of scenic Bhutan. All aspects of the hotel gave us an impression that guests' comfort matters and is taken care off - from the heater in the bathroom as well as in the room, to the wonderful wall size window offering the beautiful views of the river, to the traditional Bhutanese dress kept in the wardrobe offering the guests an opportunity to wear and take pictures for keepsake to the ever smiling staff who catered to all the requests, Terma Linca truly offered a one-off luxury experience which will remain with us for a very long time.…
I stayed with my husband in Terma Linca and the stay was extremely pleasant. The resort is made along side Thimpu river. From ambience, to food, to location and hospitality everything was great. It’s one of the most beautiful resort made in typical Bhutanese architecture. The food was mostly Indian and as per our taste buds. In the dinning area, Maya was assisting us for dinner and buffet. Maya was open about explaining us the Bhutanese culture. We had an amazing chit chat time with her during our evening tea time. She even helped me to surprise my husband with a cake on his birthday. She made sure that we would have amazing memories of the place.
We had opted to stay at Terma Linca resorts during Dec 2019 for two nights. It was a pleasant experience to me. We have enjoyed the hospitality of the staff, tasty food and great views from the property. Congratulations to staff!.
The hotel is superbly located at the river next to the mountains. we choose not to stay in the city but a little away to get the vibe of Bhutan by staying close to mountains. It was our 1st stay in Bhutan & we stayed here for 2 nights. Staff: First impression is the last impression & the impression created by the staff here was the lasting one. The staff were very courteous & welcoming. Rooms: Huge & spacious rooms overlooking the river & mountains. Rooms had ample of heating solutions. Local costumes Gho & Kira are kept in the room. As an experienced we had wore them with the help of hotel staff. Food: For 1 dinner we had ordered food in our room itself. It was very delicious. Spa: Steam facility was good too Overall a great experience at Terma Linca Resort & Spa
Myself, my wife and daughter have visited Bhutan from 13th to 18th December 2019 and we stayed for 3days from 15th to 18th in Terma Linca, Thimpu. Though the price seemingly little high, when we arrived and stayed, our experience has been,"worth paying". The resort is surrounded with serenity, gorgeous mountains, pure running river! The cottage is excellent. Most important is the service. Each and every single employee of this resort are very generous, hearty, smiling..Gives the feeling of being secure and homely. One important thing I wish to mention, an employee namely Dambr one must meet! Not during stay but even before! Six months ago I booked the room, and got his number, he has been so much helpful..,he guides you each and everything that is needed well before visiting Bhutan, he used to advice not to bring 2000 rs notes as Indian currency of 100/200 will be accepted everywhere, he tells you what kind of cloths you need everything. He is well informed and explains you about Bhutan very meticulously. These information's helps anyone who is new to Bhutan. I was overwhelmed by his attitude and even I welcomed him to my home place. One must have the contacts of people like him. All three of us wholeheartedly suggest, one must stay in terma linca when they visit thimpu. Note: The Indian will surely enjoy the food in this resort:) I thank the one who created such a beautiful resort namely terma linca and offer best service.God bless each one of them, let Padma Sambhava be present in this place each moment.
