I stayed there in July for a few nights. All in all a good choice for Kampala. The hotel offers all a business traveler basically needs. Good: - reliable airport transport (from/to) - very high security - nice sized pool to swim a few laps - OK equipped gym with personal trainers - breakfast had enough choice (20USD) - nice...

First impression of this hotel is wonderful. Luxury entrance with large and well treated gardens surrounding the facility. When getting to my room I found it a bit old style but relatively OK. The problem started when I stepped into the bathroom - It was so tiny that I could hardly find space for my shaving cream, not to mention...

My stay at the Sheraton Kampala was nothing short of spectacular, with complete attribution going to the staff. The hotel itself is in a prime locations that boasts close proximity to landmarks for tourism and certainly is on the right path for business networking. I traveled to Kampala on business the second week of July 2015 and was immediately impressed...

This is an upmarket hotel, that is always busy and bustling. Sometimes with the wrong kind of patrons and solicitation… Furnishings are good, rooms are spacious, breakfasts are very good. Service is not amazing though. And the outside, casual dining restaurant is not great. The Seven Seas is expensive, but good. We were told by many that the Serena nearby...

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences from your stat at the Sheraton Kampala. Although you had a generally positive experience you did mention a few issues that were not up to your expectations. You did mention that the breakfast was good, this is an example of one of the issues we consistently worked on improving...

The hotel has excellent people working there from arrival to departure. Every one is Friendly. Rooms are ok but needs a refurbish as you can see the style of the room is very old. Toilets defiantly needs to be changed. Internet very week in the rooms. Food options very good

I was disappointed with this hotel that says it is a 5 star. The rooms are old and tired. The bathroom are very old with a hand held shower head! The price they charge is for a 5 star hotel, but you certainly don't get that. I will say that it is very safe - outstanding security. It's also in...

Dear valued guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Although the room was not up to the standard you anticipated, these rooms are being worked on in a phased renovations plan. Nevertheless there are different room categories available that have already been renovated and perhaps next time you could request for a Club Room that also offers access...

I have stayed at this hotel many times but this time it was different. Seven Seas Restaurant was advertized in the elevator with great pictures and my friend and I decided to go and have dinner there, for the first time ever. The Sheraton brand is one that I have been familiar with for over two decades now, when Abuja the sprawling capital of Nigeria was being constructed in the early 90's, Sheraton was the place to be, indeed many families would take their children to walk the lobbies just to gaze and awe. That was in the 90s, in recent times,...

Dear valued guest, Thank you for the glowing recommendation of the Sheraton Kampala, this has been one of Kampala's most iconic buildings since construction in the mid 60's and we still try to maintain the look and feel from that era. Kampala is an excellent city to visit. My stay was great, however, there seemed to be a number of challenges with the reservations for others traveling with me. The rooms are great, especially if you get the right view. There is a hotel across the road (Speke) that has what seems like all night parties at times, so be wearying...

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for choosing to stay at the Sheraton Kampala and we sincerely appreciate your feedback.
