Stayed here for 3 nights and can not really recommend this hotel. To many problems occur during ones stay. There are some positive things about the hotel, the staff being the best asset. Really trying to help but when the hotel is so badly coordinated and managed from the management - a friendly staff cant do much. Rooms are big,...

I was in Uganda on business for 2 nights and stayed at the Imperial Royale. Here are my impressions of the hotel. At check-in, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant on the day we arrived. We had boiled potatoes and roast chicken with vegetables. The potatoes were cold and the...

Quite soulless. At least 4 top floors are not used. It feels like a mausoleum with concrete features and monolithic structure with vacant space to float around in. The hotel is really big and got number of floors but feel like missing something what city hotel should have. Rooms are very big and sometime difficult to keep the AC managed. There is a big swimming pool. It's bit strange that, hotel is in kind of high security area, where you get checked when you enter to hotel access...

Looking at this hotel & having stayed, what comes to mind is the fact that this hotel must have had a great time and should have lived to the 'Imperial Royale' name once up on a time :) Sadly, the current situation is different. Today, it's like a heritage centre. Even heritage center's are maingained well these days!! Every bit...

This hotel is hard to describe. It is huge, but feels like something out of the Soviet era. The rooms are large, but sparsely appointed. The bed was like a rock and extraordinarily uncomfortable. An experience, to be sure.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Staff are great and the food is fantastic if you like African food. Breakfast is so much could serve as lunch too. The wifi was non-existent literally all days. Only got it on Monday when we arrived. Rooms have a chemical smell and I was told they had been fumigated hence the smell....

This hotel is straight out of Scooby Doo Mystery. It's dark, dank, and may be haunted. The rooms are huge but terribly dated. The food is awful, and the wifi only works if you are standing on one foot with one hand touching your nose. It's musty, and the service is terrible. The one good thing about it is that...
