I stayed at Hotel Tenere for week and had every opportunity to watch how this hotel was managed. The room was clean, the bed okay. Apart from the shower, which gave some spare some water, the toilet was clean and modern. However the relation between the restaurant and the kitchen might benefit from improvement. Even on order for an omelette...

Stayed in one of the suites for 3 days. Breakfast was average but chefs were friendly. Front desk staff also friendly. Rooms are dated and bathrooms in need of a facelift. Wifi was on and off but glad I did not have to pay extra for wifi. Had lunch and dinner in the hotel which was tasty. Airport shuttle was...

Nice friendly staff. Relatively clean room. But No hot water for two days. Then no water to flush for another 2 days. Bad plumbing. Colleague had water dripping into bathroom room from ceiling for whole day. Had to change room. Mosquitos. Overall not a pleasant stay.

I spend one week in this hotel and I definitely regretted not choosing something else. The average rooms are very poorly furnished, the moskito net on the windows had holes on it, the A/C didn't work and there was no fridge or TV. The door looked to be easy to break. After the first night I moved to a suite...

This place needs a lot of renovation along the way for both the building and the staff. Especially the staff.. and the building. They have newly renovated rooms. And they have very old crappy ones. Price is the same. Good luck

Last time in Niamey, I was at the Terminus. This time I stayed at Tenere for 3days in early August. In comparison, nothing stands out between them really. The Hotel just got a fresh coat of paint, but the rooms and decor didn't get the upgrade they so desperately need. The breakfast is bare and other meals manageable but I...

we just spent a week here and found it extremely functional as a base. my rom AC worked fine, wifi internet was available in the room and the lobby, there were good spaces in the lobby for meetings, and the restaurant staff were extremely helpful in letting us come in and eat at any time, and hold meetings there when...

Stayed in Hotel Tenere for approximately more than two months. Food was good although the menu was limited. Internet was pretty fast. The staff as well as the manager Mr. Husseini was very friendly. Despite my limited french, I could communicate very well with the staff here. I would not hesitate to stay here, the next time I'm in Niamey,...

I spent a few days at the Tenere and I must say that the place was better than expected. The facilities need some improvements, especially the bathrooms, but overall it was a nice experience. The hotel is perfectly located downtown at walking distance from most of the important places of the city (Grand Marche is barely a 5-10 mins walk)....

I stayed in Hotel Tenere for about 3 weeks and it was a very good stay. First the location is great with bank, drugstore, airport all very close. The staff there is extremely friendly and will help you whenever you have a problem, no matter how late. Wifi works fine and is free, the pick up from the airport was...
