I was asked to may the costs of my residency in the middle of the schedule, this was after a telephone call at 9 pm. The staff has bad education and the manager is very arrogant and does not care if the customer complained about a certain service or not. NEVER AGAIN

Smiling friendly staff. Excellent service all round with extra kudos to Neha at reception and Fatime in PR. Room service 5* and kitchen worth every penny spent. Breakfast and Sunday lunch buffet an extravagent experience. Definitely a place that watches over their customers best interests.

Awesome with well trained professional. They have such an amazing staff that makes you feel so much welcome and at home. It's location is very ideal, quite and lovely. I love the swimming pool and the gym. The rooms are well kept and the furnitures intact. Bravia Hotel on its own is an interesting environment .

Arrival at the hotel was slightly challenging as our rooms weren’t ready. The staff, Charles & Neha in particular, did their utmost to make us comfortable during that time providing us with a complimentary meal & beverages. Once we got our rooms from then on the stay was very pleasant. The room were modern, clean & comfortable. The restaurant both, indoors & outside by the pool featured a brick oven which served great pizza 🍕 & calzones. Service was always with a smile 😊 from Sacko & Nana indoors, and Ismael outside. The breakfast buffet had many types of food such as french pastries, breads & 🍳 made to order. Overall a great place to stay while in Niamey.

satisfied with my stay, the staff is very pleasant both in reception and in other services (restaurants, Roof top, room staff ..) the meals are correct and well diversified. Close to the city center. there are mini lounges to accommodate our guests and practical reception rooms for business meetings and / or lunches.the pool side is appreciable with the possibility of dining on site

The staffs are friendly, diligent, and courteous. The rooms are modern, functional, and well maintained. The hotel have a well maintained swimming pool and a good security systems. The restaurant is clean and the meals are great. The booking was easy and there was a prompt pick up from the airport on arrival.
