Arrived after 22 hours to meet the rest of my group (who had wine!), Janine the manager not only waited to see that my airport transfer got me there safely (arranged by them, on time, pleasant, very good), but also took up my cause when I advised that SAA had managed to "misplace" my luggage, even texted me the next... On the positive side, the rooms and bathrooms are OK as are the smallish pool and garden area. However,on the negative side,we had a very indifferent meal, not bad enough to send back, just poorly cooked.Further, our taxi to the airport booked for 5am was 45 minutes late.Yes,the pleasant manageress got involved and on the phone but I am not entirely convinced it was... We enjoyed Villa Moringa and its charming team at the end of our trip through Namibia. Great and clean rooms, showers with lots of hot water, fast W-Lan and an unexpected quality of food! A must try is the home made Lemonade with Pepper! Just the pool is a lot smaller than it looks on the pictures - but this... More

I lodged two times in Sept/Oct 2014 for a total of 9 nights. I thought the accommodations and service were excellent at Villa Moringa, the WiFi was generally reliable and fast, but a couple suggested improvements: Provide guest rooms with ‘door hangers: ‘Do Not Disturb’, and ‘Please Clean Room’. There was no way to signal the maid not to clean... More

We were uncertain what to expect from Villa Moringa. However, from the moment we arrived everything just gelled. Secure parking, friendly reception, room upgrade, beautiful setting and very usefull information. We felt so comfortable that we decided to have dinner from their small, but quite interesting dinner menu. We enjoyed a lovely meal on their patio and just relaxed after... More

Very convenient location, but rather difficult to find. Either go by taxi or ensure you have a good up-to-date street map. Pleasant and helpful staff. We arrived off the dawn flight and were welcomed in at least 3 hours before regular check-in time and given complementary breakfasts.

We needed somewhere to stay after driving back from Etosha National Park and before catching a late morning flight to Johannesburg. In an ideal location on the airport side of Windhoek, Fred and Janice could not have been more welcoming hosts. The rooms were lovely and we had a good breakfast. The only challenge was finding it because some of... More

Before out trip to Namibia I did reservation for our final stay - again in Windhoek. Very first days in Namibia we stood in Hilton, but at the end of our trip we decided to stay at this lovely place we have red a lot from our Tripadvisor colleagues. However, plans have changed as we were stolen at the very... More

Located in a quiet suburb 5 minutes from the centre we received a very friendly welcome from helpful staff/owners. Rooms were very comfortable to a reasonably high standard and breakfast the usual continental buffet with cooked options available. Arriving after a long haul, overnight flight we found it a great place the relax and unwind.
