This super friendly B&B is comfortable with most of the amenities you need and is well priced for what you get. The breakfast was nice if not spectacular. The absence of air-conditioning in December was not great but the ceiling fan kept things bearable. This is a family with lots of friendly dogs - something I found pleasant but that...

Very helpful host. Quiet and safe location. In the garden in front of our room we could observe a weaver (bird) constructing his nest. Only walking distance to supermarket, ATM, petrol station and post office.

Very pleasant stay at AnJo Villa Guesthouse. Super friendly and warmhearted landlady! Great breakfast buffet and dinner at the round table in the living room with all other guests on request. Anything else than complicated. If you stay there you really feel at home! To be requested!

My usual hotel was full so I tried the AnJo Guest house and was greatly surprised by a warm welcome and "one on one" personal service throughout my stay ! The position was fantastic for my purposes and the service, meals and friendliness makes one forget that you are away from home.

We had an emergency. Needed 1 night only after our horrific car accident. Owners Anthea and John were away, but daughter Michelle reached out and gave us 2 rooms with a huge breakfast for N$750 total!! We were blown away by her friendlyness and helpfulness. Nothing was too much trouble.Thank you awesome person!!

I stayed one night while travelling with friends and would recommend this B&B to anyone. Located in an upscale area of Windhoek, the rooms were comfortable, the host and hostess extremely friendly and accomodating, and the price was more than reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a clean, comfortable room and shower with everything I needed. Anthea served wonderful breakfasts, and I took up the dinner option which meals were also delicious. Anthea is a warm, hospitable and welcoming hostess and I would stay here again for work, or play. Excellent value for money.

Great place for a short stay in Windhoek. The rooms are comfortable with bathroom en suite, comfortable beds, and the rooms are clean and secure with off road parking. The breakfast was wonderful too. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The owner is pleasant lady, very helpful and warm. They have parking behind a fence, which is quite important. Room was clean and ok, only bed frames made a lot of noise. Great place to stay for a night or two before going further.
