At the end of our holiday to Namibia and Botswana, we stayed here for 2 nights. It's not very close to the airport of Windhoek, 1 1/2 hour driving, but absolutely worth it! We stayed at the spacious chalet and enjoyed te beautiful garden, the delicious food, nice wine and the kindness from te staff and also loved the stories...

We had been very excited to go to Kiripotib because of the very promising internet performance and the Trip Advisor reports. We are a family of 3 persons and travel to Namibia on a regular basis with visits to many different Lodges and Guest Farms. One of the first information given at arrival was that the afternoon coffee and cake...

I visited to take advantage of the astronomy opportunities and was not disappointed. The equipment for hire is outstanding and the dark skies made it a memorable experience. I will be returning for this alone. The rooms are great, food is excellent and the staff are charming, friendly and professional. Many thanks to all the staff who looked after us...

This is a nice place but nothing special given the stunning beauty that can be found in other parts of Namibia - it is flat cattle farming country. The place is crowded with European glider pilots during the Namibian summer. Whilst the pilots are friendly, they tend to swamp the place .... and increase the prices. The rates for this...

We visited Kiripotip to look at the carpet weaving from Karakul wool and the jewelry Mrs von Hase designs and creates and it is truly an oasis for the art lover. The staff is always smiling and the kitchen is all home made and fresh.

We staid in Kiripotib lodge on our way to SE Kalahari for one night with the family (2+4 kids). As we were considerably delayed by Thrifty Dollar particularly incompetent rental company at the airport, we arrived long after sundown to be warmly welcomed by the staff who were genuinely worried for us. The dirt track from Dorbabis to the farm...

I stayed at Kiripotib for two weeks in July, 2015. I was there for the astronomy and this farm is just perfect if you are looking for a quiet and relaxed stay, either at the start or end of your trip (it's relatively close to the airport) or for a few nights to truly enjoy the peaceful rest and of...

Very pleasant stay at Kripotib for astronomy photography. Personnal were very kind. Only remark on astronomic mount borrowed for astrophotography : GP-DX with FS2 system should be very well balanced (much more than GP-DX with standard vixen motors). GOTO also was a little bit capricious. It is well think for astronomers : breakfast late in the morning, up to 12h,...

We just loved it all, the accommodation, the hosts, the food, the activities, the guides, the entire concept of a working farm with so many beautiful elements added to your stay. The Kiripotib Guest Farm was a big disappointment to me and my family (me, my husband and 2 kids 14-years-old). We stayed there last July, only one night. I was so excited, because the farm and its owners are so well commented in TripAdvisor and I expected to have great moments there. However, it was the opposite. It wasn't a...
