I thought it was better from pictures, the service and (looking nice) restaurants sucks, the air conditioning of room didn't work well, I hear rats walking in the room (!!!) I really hope to survive tonight ! Position is good as central but really can find better at this price

Hotels in Mozambique is very expensive and offers a bad service, this is a good example of one of them. Staff is very friendly but the rooms are very old with bugs inside and small. The breakfast is good, with a good variety. The executive rooms are in a separate area with contents.

The hotel is well situated and comfortable, although sometimes feels a bit cramped. The interior design and fittings can be unusual and eclectic in some rooms, but make a stay more memorable. In the centre of Maputo yet away from the noise and bustle.... quiet and not rushed, a bit of tranquillity with plenty of space to sit outside among...

I stayed at the Hotel Villa Das Mangas with a large group during October 2015, while the hotel is small and a little out dated in relation to decor, I found the rooms comfortable, the bathroom usualable and the food enjoyable. The hotel staff where nice and helpful and the swimming pool was clean with a nice garden area to...

I tried the restaurant twice because it looks great from outside. The decor is definitely upmarket . The food was great and the wine selection good. Staff friendly enough but things took forever Only real drawback was that there were no guests It is a pity as the restaurant has potential

Service was good. Location excellent, parking inside which is good. Internet is a bit of a pain... you have to pay extra and then...

I stayed two nights at this hotel and I have nothing positive to point except that the location is quite good , on Avenue 24 de Julho and very close to Avenida Julius Nyerere . The rooms are tiny with very dubious decor. The internet with ridiculous speed which makes it impossible to open a single page of text ....

During a business trip this hotel was one of the few reccommended with supposedly fair value. The rooms are nice and clean. The front portion of the hotel is a wooden structure and difficult to navigate without making a noise. The court yard with swimming pool is very attractive and the staff friendly. When booking, be advised to ask for...

Stayed in this hotel overnight on our drive back from Xai Xai to Johannesburg. Rooms are refurbished with new furniture, TV and air conditioning. Parking is via a narrow driveway but got secure internal parking. Restaurant serves good variety of food and seems popular with non-resident guests as well.
