This hotel was found to be of very good quality in relation to the environment though the rates seems to be bit inflated. However considering the security situation we found that the hotel is an oasis in this desert. Rooms are quite large and clean and beds are quite comfortable. The restaurant has lovely buffet breakfast.

The buffet breakfast is widespread so too many choices for all kind of tastes. Pizza in all day dining are great. Property is huge and spacious with pool at the back. Security is at highest so very safe place.

The hotel is of very good quality and standards however some of the Staff in the Reception is not at the standard that such hotel should have. The Staff at the restaurant are outstanding both in charme and in efficiency. The breakfast is variate and of very good quality.

Quite a shock coming back to Bamako after 5 years away to find that you can't take your car into the car park but have to unload all bags which are hand checked at the gate before you get to the hotel reception. I guess its necessary but not a great start.. Other than that the staff are welcoming and...

The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant is not very cosy more like a canteen. Food is OK. Ensure sufficient time for check out as they need to call the credit card company for an authorization and that can take some time. Staff is very friendly.

I have stayed here many times, the rooms are always clean and nice, though they might consider putting some more lights in the room. The staff is very kind & helpful. The restaurant and in room dining options are decent.

Considering that this hotel is in Bamako, it's pretty good. The place is clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and everything worked. The bed was comfortable and the room - although in need of updating - was large. The bathroom was also spacious and had all the amenities one would need. The hotel itself is in need of updating...

I usually don't give bad ratings but this one really deserved it. On the plus side: some of the staff were really great and friendly (and they got the concept of 'service-focused'), the hotel was clean and the swimming pool seemed very nice. But I also had simply the worst conference catering experience ever with uber-over-priced (tiny) snacks for what...

many thing didn't work properly ( airco , toilets, showerheads...) . room service was terrible. food burnt and it took over 1 hour. Stayed twice in March and June. Overall, a nice hotel considering it is Bamako, but it lacks standards; staff ranges from the wonderful to the inflexible (staff not empowered?), a bit of understanding. Food was good, service okay.
