The scenery guest house staff were friendly and very helpful including assisting with finding a Sim card and airtime. The hotel is reachable through a tarmac road and very close to the boarder. The room was sparkling clean with working AC, hot water and cable TV. The small fridge became convenient as I had frozen food that needed to be stored in cool temperatures.
Rooms are great if they are well taken care of, which was not the case for me. The staff (receptionists) are not proactive at all they are reactive. You have to guide them how to think and act through a crisis. Plus their service is the worst.
Love this place all round No issues Recommended by us to anyone need a break in Maseru Just the people of Lesotho need us English lessons No other things to say Low on crime, honest simple people in this area
The staff memebrs are friendly and accommodating. They really made our stay a pleasant one. Our stay was peaceful and hassle free. The place was tidy and clean, the food was what we asked for. The staff asked for our dietary requirements and they delivered 100%.
I enjoyed stay closed to stadium. Professional staff and so friendly. Breakfast is so nice. Had amazing time indeed. stayed for 5 days. I will be going back this year again at Maseru for Spelling bee event
