First of all, the location is perfect. Victoria hotel is very easy to find. It's located just at the entrance of Maseru. It is easy to walk to most shops in Maseru from the Hotel. The service in Front Office and Restaurant is great. The rooms are clean too! I spent 11 nights at Victoria hotel and everyday was just...

The rooms were clean and the pool was refreshing after a long day of language training. Everybody was polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located so I could walk to everything I needed to attend. I would happily return to this hotel.

stayed 5 days in February for a training. Got 7th floor, leaky toilet in room 714, came across water shortage on third day...no water at all in the whole floor...for about 2 days( hotel explain due to problem in city water supply). Location is fantastic, but noisy on weekends.

Hmmm, I've stayed in worse places and it is hardly expensive, but I would hesitate to recommend it. The rooms were clean enough, the service was okay, the shower was lukewarm, the neighborhood was noisy. Wouldn't be my first choice, but doable.
