All the hotels in Southern Africa including Victoria Falls have laundry service. A few include free laundry in their room rates. We had laundry done in three hotels. Laundry picked up in the morning was delivered no later than 4pm. I don’t know if this hotel has “self service” that you can do your own. I suspect not. The hotel laundry service was reasonably priced compared to US or European rates that we incurred in the past.
