We loved everything about Elephant Camp- the accommodations, the food, and the staff. Be sure to meet Sylvester! He's beautiful. And of course a tour of the Falls is a must. The boat ride on the river is also lovely.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 16 January 2017

Our stay at Elephant Camp was wonderful because of two primary factors 1) welcoming (and efficient) staff and 2) the location and beauty of the facility. Staff made everything easy for us and were clearly focused on making sure we enjoyed our stay. We did several tours -- including a visit to the Falls and a day trip to Botswana...

The place is awesome! The tents are hardly "tents" as they are very luxurious. We especially enjoyed meeting Sylvester, the Ambassador Cheetah. The highlight of our stay was walking through the bush with Sylvester. We also enjoyed meeting and interacting with the elephants. The service was wonderful!

Stayed there for three nights...it's a very nice tent camp...with A/C! We rode the elephants and got to feed them...and pet Sylvester, the cheetah. They did our laundry while there, which helped, since we were limited to the amount of luggage we could bring. We had a medical emergency in our group, and the staff went above and beyond to...

There is no better way spending a lunch interacting with these amazing creatures. The staff are so knowledgeable and there is a clear love, trust and understanding between handlers and elephants. We arrived to fresh welcome towels and cold welcome drinks, after having an introductory talk we noticed these beautiful animals emerge from the bush where they took their positions...

The Elephant Camp approaches the safari experience with a conscience. They are home to a rescued Cheetah, Sylvester, and a number of elephants (as well as a vulture, Judge) - all are used to further conservation through human contact (elephant safaris and cheetah encounter) and education. The Elephant Camp itself, is an upmarket lodge experience with luxury 'tents' for accommodation,...

Elephant Camp exceeded expectations. The accommodations were first class as was the food and the staff was all very friendly and competent. While officially a tent, the room was luxurious with sliding glass doors to the deck, ensuite bath with tub and shower with a view.

Elephant Camp is a 5-star hotel nestled in the bush in Victoria Falls National Park. In addition to providing very extremely comfortable accommodations, excellent food and friendly service, the Camp gave me an opportunity to meet its resident elephants. These elephants, all orphans, were raised by humans, and consequently are unsuitable to return to the wild. I took a walk...

“The luxury "tent" was amazing. The only reason it can be called a tent is because it has a canvas roof and walls, but it is fully air-conditioned, on a concrete slab, and fully furnished with luxurious furnishings, real glass doors that lead to a private deck with soaking tub and a spectacular view of the bush! We could even see the mist from Victoria Falls in the distance.”
