Lovely place to meet new people, sight see and have a great sleep! In such a nice spot and you can hire bikes to sight see which is a lot of fun, you can cook your own meals which is nice when your away for a long time to sometimes make a nice home cooked meal! The rooms are lovely...

The Backpackers and Overlanders Lodge provides a sense of remoteness yet is located close to the Harare International Airport. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The general facilities are simple and a little dated. The Mbizi Game Park across the road provides a good introduction to a range of African game including zebra, giraffe, diker, impala, steenbok, eland, kudu...

Stayed here camping as part of an Intrepid overland tour. The grounds are nice and the grass was nice to camp on. There is no bar here so that limits the appeal and for the first several hours we were there massive speaks blasted out highly distorted African music form the pool area. The showers were basic but relatively clean...
