Went with family for a night. The service was good. It was not noisy and I had value for money. The customer service was fantastic especially the guy on the reception. No noise from cbd. It is a good place to visit when u are visiting Harare.

I stayed here for one night, this was a short pitstop on my journey t see the various sites of Zimbabwe. The hotel is centrally located, not too far from airport and and walked from here to the bus terminus to catch my bus to Mutare, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Not fancy but good enough...

The staff and waiters here never disappoint." Refreshing" theme adopted by the corporate has brought sense of ownership and valued participation from staff. Inevitably customer care has gone up and clientele excited. Informal meetings are better in "The Usual Place" restaurant.

CBD location ideal because I had early morning meetings to attend to. I expected the Samora Machel AM and PM peak traffic to be obtrusive but I was pleasantly surprised. No real complaints against the facilities, not luxurious but great at this price point. I will definitely stay there again. I made one call to housekeeping which was promptly and...

Average rated. Nothing spectacular. Clean linen (though found rubbish in closet from previous stay which was taken care of upon reporting to front desk). Disappointed there was no dinner service as restaurant was under renovations but had made prior booking elsewhere. Hot water and an otherwise comfortable stay.

the place is well situated, in the CBD. Though there has been a slight deterioration in the outlook ,its still a good place to be. its cool and quiet, very conducive for learning or just resting. There is good air condition.

It was close to CBD, the online booking I made came in handy. the breakfast was okay. However, one employee was kinda snooping as I had my breakfast, she was not that courteous. The room air con was not working. The car parking was quite safe.

On the plus side, the hotel had availability during an especially hectic time. The staff were also friendly. In addition, the hotel has some additional services such as an on-site barber. There's also a nice jazz club downstairs, next to the hotel. However, the facilities were very dated and inconvenient. Overall, the hotel seems to be past its prime and...
