I had a 4-night stay in this Sheraton at the last days of March. Although my booking for a smoking room was made through their official website one month ago, my room was not ready at arrival (12.00 noon), so I had to wait for over 1/2 hour. Anyway, beside these initial minor inconvenients, the entire hotel had a very...

This is an ok hotel, not great though. Staff are not very friendly at reception and I had to wait about an hour to check in even though I arrived in the late afternoon. The location of this hotel is good if you want to be away from the city, and I guess the views down to Tunis are nice,...

First off, the cost of cab from the airport is only 5 Dinars – Airport taxi bandits will tell you it’s 20. Having read the other reviews, I stayed for 3 nights and chose it as it is close to the airport. My overall experience was very good. The room I had was a good size, very clean, very comfortable....

Whenever I see a hotel chain charging for wi-fi I see Red! Don't like mini bars ( for clients pleasure) when I can't open it to cool my bottle of water! Tea selection in room is incomplete! Bathroom plugs that never work and this is a luxury hotel. Waiters at breakfast are asleep and need retraining. Breakfast range is big...

I was originally going to rate this hotel lower, but after staying in another hotel in Tunis, it had it's pros. Pros: very nice rooms, great service, great restuarant, very nice lobby. Cons: segragated from Tunis (which could be a pro as well), very expensive by Tunisian standards, lack soul and character- you could have been in any Sheraton is...

We stayed twice at the Sheraton as part of a tour of Tunisia. The hotel is near to airport but not ideal for Tunis centre. The first room we had for two nights. It was a good sized room. A chargeable mini bar. Kettle, tea (flavoured only, not black tea), coffee, no milk. Bath with over bath shower. Clean other...
