Arrived at Tunis airport around midnight, caught a taxi the 6 kms to the hotel and was charged 38 TD, after a bit of haggling this reduced to 20TD but we still probably overpaid! On entering the hotel, they had no record of our booking despite us confirming (as requested) 3 days before we arrived. The excuse...somebody with a similar...

Went for a 5 day break with a friend in Oct 2010, the temperature was still relatively high, averaging at highs of 28oc. The hotel itself is smart enough and functional for a short stay and was good value for what we paid. Good clean friendly staff who speak English at reception close to ammenties such as grocery shops, resturantsand...

We made the mistake of not reconfirming our reservation. When we arrived they had given away our room. But the staff was very helpful in finding us another hotel of similar quality and value. Later in our trip we can back to Tunis and spent one night here.

The hotel itself was clean and fine - the rooms were a little smallish but nothing terrible. The really nice quality was the balcony, but there were no chairs in the room or on the balcony, so you really couldn't sit on it. The hotel itself is located about 15 minute walk to the main attractions in Tunis and from...

Were pleasantly surprised; stayed 3 nights and I would highly recommend this hotel; though a bit far from the touristy area, we found that taxis are everywhere and also cheap.

Im currently travelling across Tunisia staying in many hotels. My lesson is that not all 3* hotels are the same. Hotel Ariha is a bright example of a good hotel. Rooms are very clean and new; with highspeed internet (5 dnt/day) and a laundry :) I will stay here next time in Tunis for sure.

We spent 5 nights at Ariha Hotel in the capital. To be honest, the positive reviews I read in Trip Advisor were the major reason behind selecting this hotel. I found the review very much correct. The hotel is an excellent place to stay in: Reasonable price, very clean room and clean facilities. It is a basic hotel that is...

Hotel Ariha is a solid well-run 3-star hotel. Good location, reasonable price, and best of all, pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and bright, some with small balconies facing the street (rue Palestine). Good internet access from the room for about $4 additional per day. The street is quite busy so it may not be the place if street...

This hotel is a really good location and has supermarkets nearby, it's a nice budget hotel with all the essentials you'd need, air con, heating, TV and a nice balcony in each room. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the breakfast, it awful, definitely one to miss!
