this was the last stop on our safari and we stayed 3 nights. the singita properties are incredible. We loved faru faru for the more rustic luxurious feel, and loved sasakwa for the slightly less rustic feel. Its sprawling buildings with many rooms with the most incredible 360 view of the Serengeti. We loved all of our drives and the...

Spectacular location overlooking the plains. Cottages?!!! So special. Luxurious, special and romantic. Added bonus is to look on everything below, as in wildlife! Sensational wildlife even on the quiet season. Fabulous guide Alf with us. Photographer husband was very busy. Total bonus, a special night for us, on a special occasion. Can't wait to go back.

As first time visitors to Africa,The Sasakwa Lodge surpassed our expectations. Although, without a visit to the local community and environmental school the trip would not have been a complete African experience. We were able to bring school supplies and some flashlights to the community which were greatly appreciated by the village and school. The great part is you help...

Sasakwa is simply the best lodge in Tanzania. Stunning rooms with breathtaking views. Great activities available, from walking, horse riding and night game drives. Every experience is guided by fantastic guides. Staff is friendly, efficient and very professional! We had a wedding of 40 people over 4 days and not a single thing went wrong. Special mention to Jacquelyn who was...

Luxury and stunning views. Amazing service. This is at the top of the charts for everything. If you want the highest possible everything this is the place to stay. Singita properties offer the best combination of service and comfort and luxury of any operator. Great location too. Only 10 minutes from local airport so very convenient as well.

We have been bitten by the Singita Safari bug and we stayed here in June 2015 as part of our fourth safari trip in two years. The other reviews cover the detail of Sasakwa - it's an amazing experience to stay here. Everything is amazing - the location, the game viewing, the service, the food, the wine, the accommodation. If...

Perched on top of a range, this place is VERY expensive but EVERYTHING is included in the price - safaris, meals, drinks, spa, the lot and as many times or as much as you want. Fabulous accommodation, attentive staff, brilliant food, awesome views and the wildlife comes to you - not always welcome but a unique experience of Africa. A...

We were recently on our 12th Safari trip to Africa. We stayed at Sasakwa for the second time, and it is amazing that there can be a place like this in the middle of the Serengeti Plains. Everything was, once again, perfect. Paul Tudor Jones has built a masterpiece, and Singita runs the operation with the skill that it deserves....

For many reasons, it's a bit hard to capture the Singita Sasakwa in a review. I'm only giving it a try because we did quite a bit of research before booking, and we still struggled to understand exactly what this resort is all about, so here's my attempt at helping. In short, the Sasakwa lodge is likely the nicest resort...

I apologise in advance for the excessive use of superlatives that you are likely to have to endure if you manage to persevere to the end of this, but it is almost impossible to do justice to this fabulous lodge and the wonderful team that runs it, using words. We love Africa, and are very picky about where we do...
