We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, breakfast was authentic, clean rooms and friendly staff. Price was fair, they just need to look into the lobby's chairs as they were a bit old and filty The hotel is close to the city center and to the old city

Good location to stay. Rooms are fairly old and gloomy but are clean! Breakfast was good with a range of different foods available. The outside area has 2 bars and restaurant seating. There are always lives bands/singers at night with the pool being open till late.

Very nice and clean, situated at an excellent location very close to the center but it desperately needs a revamp. Multiple mouldy walls leaking water, decor takes you back in time and gives you the feeling you are in the60s. Very good bar and restaurant that they get really busy. Very friendly staff

First we made but cancelled a reservation here using a CC only to reserve. They actually charged us more than $3000 and have yet failed to refund us 3 weeks later. We went there once arriving in tangier to try and get our refund. They are so far unhelpful and very unprofessional. We may end up having to get refunded...

Stayed here as part of a tour through Morocco. On a narrow street but very close to the port if you are coming in by ferry. Has a very charming, old world feel to it but some of the age is starting to show. Wi-fi only works in the reception area. Nothing at all in the rooms. The grounds and...

Bathroom's are gross. Beds are not that comfy. The front desk is rude as hell. Tried to convert the money from their money back to euros, and they refused. I don't recommend this place to anyone ! FOOD IS TERRIBLE. For sure, everything is out dated, also we didn't have enough towels every time, we had to keep asking for...

Great value for money. Old fashioned hotel, but it has a lot of charm. I loved my stay and I definitely come back when I need a hotel in Tanger. We had drinks and snacks in the Chellah Club, which is really to recommend. And not expensive Points of improvement: - I asked during my arrival for pressing service, but...

Would not stay here again. Rooms very dated and dingy and smelly. Female Reception staff were extremely unhelpful, rude and very sullen, Male hotel staff much better. Only saving grace with this place was the pool and grounds.

Website boasts amenities that the hotel does not provide. No room service, the restaurant is barely open to eat in the hotel, there is no service provided to get to the airport. The hotel is dingy and the reception staff are uninterested and not helpful.
