They have a nice stuff, they nearby to more than government buildings, and they have a nice breakfast, for the price I think that they reasonable prices according to the other hotels in downtown............
We just stayed at Hotel Rihab. It did not meet our expectations and was well below a 4* hotel, more like a 2* or 2.5*, but it did have some good features.

Average hotel, but clean. Good for a night's stay. Near many cafes that are good to visit after dinner for mint tea and dessert. Rooftop bar was probably open but looked deserted and empty. Overall good hotel.
