Just stayed in Cinnamon suite with my husband and 2 kids (7,13) and we had an amazing time. This place is outstanding for value and gives you a real "Morocco feel" without compromising comfort. The staff was amazing. Greeted with traditional mint tea and relaxing dinner, which was delicious and hearty. Be sure to pre-order your dinner, as someone actually...

We spent 11 days in Riad El Faris (though 2 nights we spent on a trip over the Atlas-Mountains to the desert (also recommendable). The Riad is very well renovated with a covered yard as the center, with the rooms adjoining this center. It keeps the atmosphere of the old Riad, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff...

Samira and her staff were the best for us!! Thank you for being an awesome host and we really "felt like home" staying at your riad!It was truly maroccan experience! When we planned the group trip to Marrakech, we wanted to escape from our routine, have fun and relax. The true is that we have more than that with Samira's...

First impressions... Awful! The taxi driver didn't know where the Riad was and left us in the middle of the medina somewhere whilst his mate walked us through tight alleys for about 10 minutes until we arrived at the Riad. He rang the door bell, the cleaner answered and told us she didn't speak English. She also stood there arguing...

I stayed at this hotel recently with family and found the Riad to be a little oasis in a somewhat hectic city. The central reception area is lovely to sit in for breakfast and in the evening. The rooms were always cleaned very well. I found all the staff to be very friendly especially Hassan, who went out of his...

The riad is in a shocking location. Very hard to find; easy to get lost. All the locals will happily show you the way, for a price. The riad itself is very nicely decorated and authentic. Hassan was brilliant and provided excellent service. The other two were decent. There are loads of hidden costs and the riad is missing basic...

Just got back from spending 4 nights at the Riad. Went for a family hol; so 12 of us in total. We took all the rooms in the Riad. Initial contact with the Riad was ok. Very helpful and arranged airport transfers (at a cost). The driver was 10 mins late to meet us at the airport which is not...

This place is just an Oasis in the middle of this Chaos. And for the price that it cost, the room quality and the service that it provides, are more than excellent. The breakfast is more than OK and super meals. You will find an exceptional place hidden away deep inside the old walled city, in a peaceful small street...

“We enjoyede the room at the 2nd floor - which as far as we remember was called the Vanilla room - with close access to the nice roof-top-terrasse.”

“A bit hit and miss as all the rooms have positives and negatives. Saffron is spacious but has very dim lighting and the heating does not work. Cumin is on the ground floor right next to the front door and has no separating door between the bathroom. Gingembre was spacious and warmed up quick but the bathroom was not the best. Canelle was beautifully decorated and Vanille is small but nicely appointed. Neither of the rooms had consistent hot water running though and all had problems with electric power cuts.”
