This riad is located close to Bab Yacout, where you can easily find parking and a long-range taxi station. Clean nice rooms, good breakfast and they can arrange a really good homemade dinner for you (we asked for a vegetarian couscous). Not as cheap as...More

The service was great, the room comfortable. The location is a little challenging, not close to a main artery leading into the heart of the medina. Our hostess gave us good direction but once we got lost it was impossible to find our way back....More

The room itself was OK. However, there was a really bad smell from the bathroom, like someone died in there. The location is absolutely terrible, a 25 minute walk in the maze of the medina, while getting harassed the whole way. There are better places...More

It's hot but be mindful of the culture. I wore light weight loose pants or crop pants and loose tops with at least a short sleeve. The people are very kind and tolerant of visitors styles.

Essaouria is the nearest coastal resort nearly three hours away. You can get there by service bus or negotiate a price for a taxi
